While I have no doubt that there are many coins that can give you great profits in the future you are asking for something that is very close to a miracle, you may have more chances of making that amount of money if you spend those 20 in lottery tickets.

The beauty about cryptocurrency is that, anything can happen. A coin you long down on or term shit coin could finally make you rich. So it's very possible to hope for 100k from a mere investment of 20usd. I think its happen in that long period of time,but we cannot predict also if in that year you are holding was no value.
For me I suggest you that you me hold for that long period of time are bitcoin and ethereum because this is the most popular.
