I would not be surprised if some countries join in the train of offering blockchain courses or degree because whether you like it or not, the blockchain technology is a great tool with so much benefits to help curb the escalating rate of bribery and corruption. Blockchain technology needs to be exploied to the latter. In the meantime some industries i heard some universities across the globe do offer online blockchain courses as well.
That's right, blockchain education must be applied to the curriculum education of the students in order for them to know what is the best technology right now that may help to increase the economy of the country who are applying on it. Blockchain education must be a necessary in the field of education and it can go to the curriculum of economics in which talks about what would really happen or what would be the effect of blockchain to the economy if the people will be able to adapt on it. I have been see some online education which refers to the blockchain technology in online and I am pretty glad about this because the students who want to study about blockchain will be able to study on their own using the online education made from enormous sites. The time will comes that blockchain will be introduced all over the world and the people will be able to used it also.

I have already saw some Blockchain education started at some countries. So there is no need to wait for this year for a new ideology start.
It's good and very welcome to hear that now (2020) we will be hearing more from that, thus making cryptocurrencies a possible should have as their currencies.
That way we could have for instance bitcoin price getting higher as more people would get interested in and buy.
And there could also be more technologies involving Blockchain which is great as its more safer than everything else on a public relation.

It is not a big surprise to see institutions offering the course in the future as it is the new technology and a booming market with good pay scale and if you are an expert now you can get a good salary based on your skills and so is the reason students will be demanding for specific courses so that they can get placed when the market is hot.

for me if this program is implemented in all universities, of course it will greatly affect the world that is very possible because every industry or company centered around the world will use blockchain technology in it even before that some governments also say that blockchain technology is good for use in several industry or to be understood.

already happening but i guess more universities will integrate blockchain tech this coming year. blockchain tech is indeed a great tool to address many issues such as transparency in operations and its corresponding cost.
young generation would be the new crypto users very soon. more adoption means better crypto valuation in the market.
I agree, since the popularity of blockchain technology is spreading wordwide, those who wanted to be the first one to be recognized as blockchain tech school hub would definitely plan on how to integrate it on their school curriculum. As a matter of fact one of the popular school here in our country offers blockchain tech courses to students who are interested in learning this trending technology.

Available courses on Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology from colleges and Univers, I just want to share this post made by trian since it also teaches students about the importance and technicalities of blockchain technology and some of the courses offered are free as long as you have an internet access.
As per the OP, this is a good jumpstart to help enlighten techy youngsters about the complexities of blockchain as it can enhance their creativity and logical ability in improving the blockchain network. It might be a good idea if they will be adding it to college courses that is related in computer field due to the relevance of the subject. It will not be surprising if blockchain will tend to focus on different aspect of the economy aside from financial area.

Blockchain technology has shocked the whole world with new start-ups that adopt blockchain into their systems, it will attract mass adopters and it seems the government is starting to glance at this technology. In my country the president appealed to young people to understand blockchain and cryptocurrency, this shows that the blockchain industry will be bright in the future, it can also bring up new industries that can expand employment.

Blockchain developer is one of the highest paid jobs these days and students are already applying for these courses. Some universities have already started teaching it in detail and creating awareness in new generation.
salary rate correlates with scarcity. blockchain developers are now quite rare despite the rapid growth of blockchain company but once courses releases and so many people taking it, the market will be full of blockchain developers looking for job. But, learning the courses is still a good thing but just don't expect too much.

It's good for more potential adoption towards the technology. And even though it's only introductory, it might be used for future references by these young students to be an inspiration, of what they can possibly do in the future. Blockchain has been taking adoption in different fields, and much more fields once taught to students.

I think it's great news. Great not only because it's important to learn about cryptos and blockchain, but because when something enters the educational system, it means it's recognized by the government or educators depending on whether a facility is private or state-owned. If youth studies it, it's automatically not a financial pyramid or, like my grandfather says about Bitcoin, "clearly something shady". I also wanted to add that this article did not mention France, which has some lessons on Blockchain integrated into their future Economics classes in high school. Formal education in the blockchain and cryptocurrency field has been available in 2018 as well. See the MOOC and Masters programme offered by the University of Nicosia.
The thing is all information is available on the internet. You can always buy some blockchain books or just read some well-documented articles out there, you don't need a degree.. Come on. We're passing to the next decade. The world has changed. If you have the will and the mental power to do it go ahead and work.

Its been documented, there is also bitcoin wiki which is also very helpful in education. I have tried downloading ETHEREUM video tutorials of UDEMY, some of them are really informative in teaching Solidity language and the blockchain as well. Discussions we don't see on youtube are there which an individual who just wanted to learn by themselves can definitely teach their own.
I guess you can give your contributions to blockchain community if the companies you wanna hire you asks for credentials.

The innovations today are more related to blockchain that countries like China and Germany are making use of the technology.
If blockchain developer receives about $130,000 in US as their salary, its really about time for student to demand they be taught to learn the technology to become a developer. They can actually learn all these with Udemy but then real time experience is much needed in studies.
