I like to take my chances every now and then and gamble but it's only with money I can afford to lose. I don't necessarily have to win, it's always nice to win some but it can't be the case every time you take your chance to gamble.

What is the prime motto for your gambling.
Many people here are against considering gambling as a earning source. Without money, you will not be able to gamble.
Just for fun type of gamblers, only a demo account or a video game is more than enough.

Please share your ideas on role of money in gambling.

yes i agree with "in gambling, money is not everything"
this is also about smart strategy, this called "elegant gambling" not blind gambling,i'm playing that strategy, play with small amount, and witdraw every win,and deposite again smaller than your won.

Gambling to earn money is not a good idea. It comes with a very high risk of losing, you can never tell for sure that you're able to win.
It's best to do this for entertainment or not do it at all.

In my opinion a bet is "an emotion".
If you spend money you spend for the emotion not for the money (unless you win A LOT of btc).
I don't think gambling can change in "positive" the life of anyone.

Although I know this whole thread is basically to farm signature posts I have to say that gambling is one of the worst forms of entertainment. When I gamble I do it for the money because I know there is a slight chance to win that big pot, you can play videogames if you want entertainment.

I think you understood the meaning for gambling for fun. Not all fun activities are free because some people go to movies or for outdoor activities for fun but they need to spend money to buy tickets, transport or etc.,. Like that some people get a fun for trying their luck once in a while so they pay money and try. This fun you will not get by playing video game or demo account.

To be honest there are many services/activities other that gambling that offer entertainment to people by all means but every event gets significantly more interesting when money is introduced to it. No body is addicted to a 100% non-profitable gambling.
yes people who are not into money for it don't usually risk anything important or valuable,it's all about money i would say.

There is no fun in demo account because you can bet all demo chip that you have and get it back. If you lose you feel nothing and even if you win then you still feel nothing about that so it is useless to gamble without involving real money

If the reason is not to earn some money than why to spend time on ancient types of games like slot, dice etc. I only gamble to earn few extra bucks. For fun computer games and mobile games are there why to play boring dice in demo mode.

A demo account or a video games are not actually meant for the gambling thrills. For the entertainment we can enjoy from gambling, no other things can substitute it.
A gambler really throws out some money in gambling by expecting some entertainment. If we get some profit as a by-product, he can repeat the same process for free tomorrow also. Otherwise, only the entertainment is the benefit.

Money isn't supposed to be anything when it comes to gambling. Gambling is actually supposed do be an entertainment, not a profit source. I'd you think of is, youre either psycho or a gambling addict.

I used to think that money was all it was too gambling, until I lost and I heard this over and over from many lessons "Don't gamble emotionally, Gamble logically."
