Gambling for me is only a source of pleasure and if I do not have money to play, then I can safely play on a demo account without losing the pleasure of the process.
In modern gambling isnt just to have money profit.It is also to have fun,also it can be good for make 0% risk and make profit so for me gambling is fun,money,advetising, investing and chatting.
I think money is everything in gambling because money is what we have before we start gambling, money is the thing we use to place a bet, once we have the capital, then we can gamble, whether it's to make money or to have fun.Your comparison in a way is correct as before you can gamble you need a capital much like what you said about cars. But i think the argument is deeper than that. Why are you gambling? Why are you spending money to risk in an unsure bet? What will you get from gambling? For me money in gambling is definitely not everything. I can play on a dice site 2 hours in a row and if I was lucky I can win from 5k to 10k satoshis which is of course not a big gain for two hours work. But the thing is, I'm not working when I gamble. I gamble for relaxation.

I think its wrong. Money is the thing that we all needed. It is the best thing to have when we have to obtain a thing. Money is everything. But if you know how to play with limits on loss you can probably win huge amount of money with just little.
Though if you know how to play, also if you are pro on it but the problem is emotion then it is like a newbie that has no knowledge at all because of emotion youll end up losing everything. Many people here are against considering gambling as a earning source. Without money, you will not be able to gamble.

In my idea, money is surely prime motto for everyone in gambling. Because you know that every traders like profit and every investor like to invest and make profit then gambling is same, gamblers play it because to earn money and fun but not for lose. Because if we have no prime motto of gain money in gambling then lose is left, so i don't thing that anyone play gambling only for lose.
