What are some unique ways? innovative ways you can buy or sell bitcoin ? Just curious

We use exchangers usually to buy and sell Bitcoins. There is nowdays a lot of trusted exchangers online, and even on this forum, in the exchange section, you can find trusted members buying and selling Bitcoins.
I don't know about "innovative" ways to buy or sell bitcoin unless using exchangers or selling and buying services and goods for Bitcoin

Simply we can say from people or from exchange or from ATM or from a bitcoin shop. Many exchanges now a days accepts cards for buying bitcoin, that would be the easier way of buying if ATM not available in your region or country. Mining can not be considered as a process of buying bitcoin.

Just naming options off the top of my head, not really unique but putting them on the table for you:

1) buy from an exchange
2) buy in an in-person trade or OTC
3) buy from a bitcoin ATM
4) buy direct from miners, private sellers, second markets, in bulk
5) buy altcoins and trade for bitcoins, etc.

Hope this helps.

I use different methods of buying bitcoins
1. with alt-coins
2. With fiat
For the alt coin buying I relay on many trusted exchanges.
For buying bitcoin with Fiat I use Localbitcoins, I need to travel to sellers , only in person I do buy bitcoins.

in India bitcoins are still not clear what they are doing. i used to get from signature campaign and doing sports betting and save it in my hardware wallet. buying and selling through is highly risky through exchanges because most of the exchanges are scammers , when you do small trading they will do it smoothly but once you do any big trade you will start facing problems. local transaction i use 1 or 2 times it went smoothly

what are you trying to ask by "unique" ?
You can just trade bitcoin the same way as you do money
Infact the best way to sell bitcoin is using localbitcoins face to face deal,it's the most safest and secure way too.
You can also exchange bitcoin to other e-currency that you think  can be converted in your local currency(look in exchange currency section)
If you want to buy bitcoins, again best way is to buy using localbitcoins.

Move On !!!!!!
there are only two possible ways, buying on any exchange or privately, i can't find other way sincerely

i like to buy on exchange because usually, buying privately cost you 5% more, and you need an escrow and other crap like that

You can also get arrested by the undercover agents if you buy them locally, person to person and you are doing this in the US. Smiley

like burt right? well you can avoid that if you have a license i presume, but is one of those hassles that i was talking about

at this point you can do it privately only with a real friend in real life, and maybe in his/your house

Yes lime BurtW and many others. You can get license but I am afraid that you will need a lot of money to get it. At this point it won't be worth trading bitcoins on localbitcoins anymore! Smiley

Honestly I earn bitcoin from signature campaign so I never buy bitcoin ever since I know it.
About selling bitcoin, I have my own local exchanger that able to convert bitcoin into my local currency. I just need ask him via BlackBerry how much the sell price today...If the price is same as I want to, I will sell it to him and the return he will send payment to my local bank

In my country I can buy from coinhako almost instantly with bank account. They charge around 1 to 2% fee but some times they give offer with less than 1% fee.

So for I didn't buy coins in any unique way. And I sold my coins on this forum for some decent profits.

I've considered myself lucky to live in Belgium because it's so easy to buy bitcoins here and in The Netherlands.
I just use the service http://www.bitonic.nl and pay through online banking.

I get the coins instantly after paying and their fees are actually pretty cheap.

There isn't any innovative ways to buy bitcoin. You can summarise into 3 types:
1. buy from exchange (online or atm)
2. buy from a person with another money payment system (forum or face-to-face)
3. sell things for bitcoin (products and services)

unique ways?
i just buy through my local bitcoin exchanger, i know the company, they company profile is clear and they're trusted exchanger, but i'm not keep my coins there for long term, just use for buy/sell. i'm too skeptic to trade with people to buy or sell bitcoin.
