The financial services Agency of Japan (JFSA) pressures on the cryptocurrency exchanges of the country, so that they in turn ceased trading some altcoins. JFSA asks the platform to abandon Monero XMR, zcash ZEC, Dash DASH and other crypt, which criminals and hackers use to finance their business.
The Japanese government wants to prevent money laundering and other illegal activities in Japan. The government believes that criminals use these altcoins to Finance their illegal activities, as these operations are not monitored by the government, as they are anonymous.
Do you think the exchanges will give up Crypto?
Surprisingly, this is all. Japan has always supported cryptocurrency and here it makes a completely illogical decision. I think that they do not forbid it.

It is possible that Japan is going to ban the sale of monero, DASH. These coins are really very anonymous and they are used by criminals. According to studies, bitcoin for use in illegal activities is used in no more than ten percent of cases. Therefore, bitcoin should not be afraid of prohibition.
The ban on trading these altcons will not lead to a fall in the crypto-currency market. If the market drops slightly, it will be only a few days. Therefore, you should not be afraid for crypto currency.

It is very bad for Japan to do this because Japan has always been considered a very good place for the entire crypto-currency world, I now think that Japan is beginning the process of regulating crypto-currencies, but the crypto-currency world is not exactly ready for it today.

Not that I agree with a ban, but if they ban anonymous coins it would still remain a very positive place for bitcoin and crypto. Just not anonymous ones.

Japanese stock exchanges will not give up from crypto. They only want see everything to minimalize illegal transactions. This country has a lot clever people which have big impact in cryptocurrency, so if they would give up crypto, it would have a negative impact on the entire market

Transparency is important issue, even governments regulate the market and put many kyc/aml rules, this is private coin, you can simply do nothing but banning it, am I wrong?

I haven't read about this news enough but i think governments trying to prevent things like money laundering and other illegal activities isn't a bad thing. and I don't believe japanese government would dare to miss this blockchain technology trend.

It's only an excuse to ban cryptocoins and control society.

Illegal operations exists even with "real" money.

That's all.

So why is it inversely proportional to current market conditions that monero price increases, it's really funny if the Japanese government is afraid of the basics of money laundering and funding for criminals, if afraid it should not remove altcoin but make clear rules so it does not happen , I think this is just some kind of FUD only.

This information on Japan is rather strange, since this country is actually acting in favor of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin is legal in Japan, as far as I know. This state is just trying to protect people from major hacks and monitor illegal activity. As it is very hard to do so with anonymous cryptos, they are getting banned. I agree this is not the best method, but perhaps they'll rethink this and find a better solution. What's also important, however, is whether the FSA has the right to make such regulations.

I don't think that Japan wants to ban as I have seen in the article they are saying that they just want to have transparent especially in their exchange that is why they want the kyc system to be imposed in their country.

Japan is the most open country for encryption, and they just don't want to affect the market, and these coins may be bad for supervision, so they give up the coins.

I think that all the same the goverment wants to make the market more transparent, because in Japan, crypto-currencies are already used in everyday life! In general, the Japanese are very creative and well-developed, and they not will prohibit the cripto!

Wow where did you get this information? If you have some links kindly update your thread as it seems like it is a fake news for me since Japan is the first country to established cryptocurrency and this news as opposing the Japan state of which cryptocurrency is very known be established. Anyway we could not blame also that there are many ICO fails due to the existence of some ICO as well that limit the other ICO to gather funds from the crowd that resulted to fail the project

I do not think that the ban on these altcoys will affect Japan and its economy and security. Well, suppose they forbid, what prevents to switch to other altcoyins? I think this article is just a fud!
