I've never said that all the shipments are tracked, so there is not always a tracking number to hand out.

I've already apologized for the delay and explained that it was because I figured that it was better for buyers to get them in two weeks from the UK without tracking versus in 6+ weeks from the US with tracking. Some of the orders were tracked, but not all since that would have cost almost more than the book printing itself. Therefore I will re-ship what gets lost. I just didn't anticipate this level of covid delay.
This is starting to feel personal; if you are that angry and unwilling to be understanding, I can refund you. You can then throw it away or better yet burn the book when it eventually does arrive. For everyone else, I appreciate your patience.
