1 premines held by escrows and only released over time for work provided.
2. instamines crushed
3. ico, ito etc bullshit.... agian all funds raised held and released over time to the devs for actual results.
4. some good decentralised exchanges set up.
5. better education and warnings for noobs.
6. start reporting and prosecuting these known fraudsters.

Having loose cannons spewing out crap on the forum is probably a risk they are not wanting to take.
Why should the owner or administrator of the forum take the risk of being sued because of some idiot posting crap?
