In times like this, only panic sellers are the most victim of losing their funds instantly and after a week or when the bull run starts, those regrets will follow through. FOMO will rise and the cycle of panic selling may repeat. In the end, those panic sellers only loosing their funds over and over again. In crypto industry, patience is a virtue and the word HODL is always applicable in trading but must use wisely.
In times like these, there is one thing you must do, learn. Learn how to be calm, learn how to analyze the market, learn how to predict the market so you maybe can make a short profit by up and down in a short time, learn how to calculate the proportion of coin investment, learn how to make other income opportunity, and so much more. The key is, this situation right now is the best situation to learn, and you can not advance further if you are not learning a thing.
I agree with the author that there is a lot of negativity now, which also negatively affects the cryptocurrency market. We are all waiting for the bull, but we all cry that the cryptocurrency market has become one big bear. We must stop thinking negatively!
You are right about this, in times like this we all suffer and it is important for people to know that they are not the only ones taking losses so they should not be scared, at this point we have all made one kind of loss or another so far. We have to band together and not be shaken through out the bear market because that is how we make it out to a good price.
It looks like the market is now stable. I see a lot of buy pressure at these price levels so we may start another bull run within the next month and see new all time highs.

This market situation is really troubling, and it is not favorable for ICO and for the development of projects, but it is favorable for investing in some coins. As the experience of the past years shows, we just need to wait out this time, as the situation will improve and the market will sooner or later recover.

Losing hope?only noob and weak like you are those who you mentioned because newbies dont know whats volatility mean and how this cryptomarket moves.i have been here for couple of years and this scenario is normal for us..and besides we rejoice when dip comes because this gives us opportunity to buy and add coins in our portfolio
