I don't think investing $70 (all he has) in BTC is a good idea. BTC is expensive as is, why not try some smaller volatile altcoin instead?

you can invest in where I am, know maybe any coin that has a price less than the funds you have. I would rather suggest it so you can get a real advantage if it happens. with $ 70 you better try to invest in coins that have low prices and high trading volume.
70$ is not a big amount of investment. So, you can invest in small coins like- TRX,WAVES. This are long term coins . Hopefully you will gain 3-4 years later. Than you can invest more in coin.

If you invest your $70 then the first thing you will have a heart attack when you will see your coin is down. Even a pro can not avoid it (Losing). What I understand is this is all you have so my suggestion is please do not invest this in crypto unless you are 100 or 1000% sure the coin you are about to buy is in really really deep and a really really good coin.
