One more, if you want to move to a country that legalizes bitcoin is you should be able to see which countries are most likely to be the center of bitcoin development, if you like Asia I suggest you choose Japan, because japan is a country that welcomes bitcoin well, there even one of the largest shopping centers has received bitcoin as a means of payment. It seems to me that people don't really understand what the legalization of. I think that now you can only talk about the fact that there are countries that do not prohibit the use of bitcoin, but with significant limitations. And there are countries that legally prohibit the use of bitcoins at any occasions. Full legalization is nowhere.

I do admire the Japanese Government for declaring bitcoin legality in they're country. I do hope the same for my own county eventhough it is not necessarily needed, for we don't have any problem regarding regulation on bitcoin transactions it is just that the more the government recognized bitcoin more businesses will opened the door of possibilities on accepting bitcoin as payments. More business competitors means less fee and more options.

Yes your right, Our country belongs to #2 category (Philippines), we haven't passed a law regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrency but we have much freedom in any aspect to it. Many businesses also been studying for more availability of transactions made through Blockchain technology. To my knowledge that countries that have legalized bitcoin are,united states , japan, denmark, south korea and finland because in that country bitcoin legal and authorized by the government as a means of payment.
For my country in Indonesia, the existence of bitcoin is not a legal means of payment, but the government does not ban its use clearly, because there is no law on bitcoin in Indonesia.

To save you some time, its pretty much legal everywhere except Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia. This shouldnt really impede your search for a new place to expatriate to, not shitting on any of these places but meh. Now, that doesnt speak to regulation; if you are opening a business, specifically a financial institution, you may run into additional shit in certain locales.
