A very impressive winning streak by RCB and keeping their race alive. The target was not a huge one as RCB's lower batting order failed to perform at their inning end. But DC's whole batting lineup failed to perform against the bowling of RCB. With this result the chances of being selected for 3rd and 4th position of eliminator has been alive for all of SRH, RCB, CSK, DC and LSG. SRH has too matches to be played with both against poor team like GT and PBKS that may push them to 3rd position leaving one position open for fight.

Bengaluru put up a solid performance against Delhi. Despite their rough start to the tournament, Bengaluru's fifth consecutive win has put them in contention for the playoffs!
