To be honest, even I think the same would happen. Mumbai Indians would win against Gujarat Titans.
Eventually CSK would win the glorious match on Sunday. But there are rumours that Gujarat might win the finals this time.
I don't buy those rumours though.

Maybe this time the script might've got modified in favour of Gujarat Titans as Jay Shah could've given the orders. Earlier the scripts used to favour Mumbai Indians and the best script I watched was the 2019 IPL final. CSK need 2 runs in the last ball faced by Shardul Thakur, he ran two run on the final ball from Malinga and suddenly the umpire lifts the hand as wicket for the lbw appeal. CSK doesn't have review and it wasn't an proper lbw. Mumbai Indians won the final by a run.

I guess the rumours are coming true because Gujarat Titans did a tremendous job by scoring 233 runs.
It's a pretty good target to hit and I believe the script will come true thus Mumbai Indians losing the match.
The last shot by Hardik was literally fire and as the commentry person said "Hardik jesa koi hard ich nahi hai" was fun. Grin

It's gonna be difficult for MI to win this one.

What a beautiful game played by Gill. Congratulations GILL. He played Only 60 balls and take 129 runs. I think it is the hight run for a batsman in one innings in this years. Overall Shubman Gill played well Throughout the IPL 2023. I think there has big possibility to be champion in this tournament. I think GT will play with CSK in final. Today GT score is 233/3. Great innings for GT. I also waiting for a good innings from Mumbai India.

Today gujrat titans is doing a tremendous job with bat their openers Shubman Gill is going strong and is still on crease on runs 128 and runrate 220 . He's a fierce batsman and is gem for Gujarat Titans, apparently target will be huge for Mumbai Indians to chase .

Akash Madhwal has been one of the finds of this season. There is no doubt that the squad of Gujarat Titans is very strong. However, their batsmen are not performing well in the last few matches. Wriddhiman Saha is failing every time to show his performance in the opening pair. Although this player is very talented a player we have seen in other seasons make good runs in the opening pair. But this season he is not able to match himself.
I think position doesn't matter in T20 cricket whoever is dropped in that position can play according to his ability. Because there is nothing to see in T20 cricket, 10 batsmen have to play only 20 overs where the batsman will come to the wicket, bat and leave again.

Anyone can open instead of Wriddhiman Saha but Rashid Khan should open instead of Vijay Shankar. Because the first six overs are powerplay, Rashid Khan will be successful by playing big short in those six overs. Let's see if Gujarat Titans make any changes in their team planning.

For today's match I would like to see Josh Little in the Gujarat Titans playing XI. Titans used their 4th overseas slot to play Dasun Shanaka, but he has disappointed them so far. And in the pace bowling department they are weak, as Darshan Nalkande and Yash Dayal haven't performed up to the mark.
