As result of NSA espionage all over USA, there is a large trend - to move the servers from USA to offshore locations:

Companies/individuals, who value their privacy (such as BitCoin users) would prefer good privacy
than a few percent higher uptime - although, it is very nice when you could afford getting both!  

If you research the subject, USA networking industry is losing lots of untold money, as result of NSA actions
(according to estimates, that are two-digit billion dollar figures) - so, it does not look wise to enter this market.
Meanwhile, there are only a few Indian-based web hostings that accept Bitcoin, not much competition here...

is developing rapidly, and since most Bitcoin users are tech-savvy, the need in super tech support is not that urgent.

Eveyone know our worst VSNL servers and support is. As we want to do quality business obviously do don't prefer it.

The most reliable data centers in world today are in USA and secondary in Singapore / Malasya and UK is bit costly.

Since we started business we want to be an us company but according to US low the company should be registered in USA and tax or partner should reside there and also need to be registered office in USA.

But being owner i reside in India and operate it from india. pay taxes in india hence this labelled india company. Being indian company it was difficult to gain trust of international clients in terms of support. But our statuary for providing 24 x 7 support worked to gain trust of US and other international clients.

Since the only Indian thing about this company is a physical location of business holder (administration),
while all the assets (servers, communication lines, customer support, etc) that are used for conducting business, are in U.S.,
it is misleading to label this company as simply Indian. His announcement should have been posted to U.S. section of forum

If you are from India chose the currency INR and if you are other than india choose USD.
When you place order and proceed for checkout choose the payment option bitcoin and it will be automatically converted in BTC

Is not Hosticon.com a resellerclub.com reseller ? Moreover in the chose currency dropdown on https://www.hosticon.com/client/cart.php there are only INR & USD. Why cant we see the bitcoin price while ordering ? Is it just an added layer on the given reseller interface ?

Most people who are using BitCoin, do care about privacy - and there is no true privacy with US/Europe-based web hostings

After all these revelations about NSA mass surveillance programs,
I doubt that Bitcoin users would want a server in NSA-plagued country

Privacy is more important issue than 2%-5% difference in uptime.
If you would have offered true India-based server with Bitcoin payment,

Unless you don't care about privacy of the visitors of your website, please stay away from USA/European web hostings
