I got scammed out of 5 million IFC on ebay. The guy paid, I sent IFC, then he told Paypal that the payment was unauthorized and he was refunded. Paypal would not help me. If you sell them there make sure you mail a tangible item (usually 1 US penny) or else there will be no seller protection.

And now difficulty almost doubled since this post.  Grin

Maybe this is rising towards the 650 mark by the middle of January 2014.

I saw sexcoin, zetacoin and devcoin jump up and totally take CAP by storm just 2 weeks ago. Since then they have crashed back down.

Is what is happening now to IFC a pump and dump too or is it actual long term investment by investors?
For IFC we could think in long term Investment also.
Chinese are buying maximum volume of IFC whick is positive effect in IFC
now investers are in Target of small coins like IFC, TIX and similar others.

In Jan IFC will reach 0.0001 with XPM market, and same way TIX also has its potential to reach atleast half or more then half price with IFC, now time is for small coins. I am still waiting ADT to move up. ADT must also move together with IFC and TIX so now the better investment is on ADT, I am thinking to invest few hundreds in ADT so may be within 3 months it will give me back 10X-20X.
Good Luck

You could say its caching up to fair price. Mooncoin is shit and is 384 billion coins versus IFCs 90 billion. Yet they are both trading at the same price right now on coinex.

So my initial reaction to IFC being marketed heavily on its forum and ebay etc could be right? From what I see the IFC community has backed this coin and are on a spree.

i must say IFC was one of my best altcoin investments, i kinda blindly bought it really it was the only coin that i bought that way.

believe it or not i forgot i actually had some, today i remember and what do you know my stash is worth 6x in just about 3 weeks. Did some profit taking left some just incase.

I believe the coin is almost fully mined.

yes, it is harder to mine, now that most pools are down.

Is that the sole reason the price has soared?

Infinitecoin is now Skyrocketing
and as my Analysis not only IFC even TIX is going all the way Upwards from .000003 to .00002 (XPM Market) so we can say that small coins are growing up. Good Luck for them and Good Luck to them who hold some millions of coins.

Yes I agree. IFC and TIX, both are doing amazingly well.

I did keep 50 million...40 million I sold over the last month for a nice amount of LTC.
Just down to my last 10 million.
Was so easy to mine these in the early days. Only took about 4 days to mine 130 Million.

That was about 2.5 Million in under 20 minutes with 700 kh/s!!!

Should have stuck with it but went back to LTC as was a bit of a joke at the time.

So sad now that I sold 80 million of these for 1 Satoshi each 'back in the day' (0.8 BTC).
Would be 400 LTC now  Angry

Sorry about to hear about that. 400LTC is equivalent to around 12.92BTC. Sad news my friend... hopefully your other investments will pay good for you.

IFC peaked at a staggering 592 today! There has to be a reason other than the IFC community getting behind it that made the value rise.

Any comments as to why it has climbed so high?

I haven't seen those prices, I've seen from 0.00000005 (dec 23rd) to 0.00000019 (dec 30th) > BTC, still very good

Reward halved though and with difficulty changes, I now get 7x less per day than you I before.   So with monthly drops due for a few more months, I'm hoping the value will respond the same.
