You can ask LoyceV, DdmrDdmr, TryNinja who are data scrapers. For stats, you have to run your analysis and report from their draw data.

You probably missed this thread: [STATS] Local Board Pilipinas - Statistics Center (Updated 10/04/2019) but I think you can get information there, asu was already inactive and I guess that will be nice to see an update or a new thread, just my two cents.
asu already inactive since of the previous issue and after that no more threads giving stats for our local board. I would like to push and rise again the stats to the Pilipinas board.
