Dumpers is one of the main popular problem for any ICO ,and secondly if the project only sees small investors which is bad too ,its just like mining a coin too ,when the coin is new then demand will be low and when difficulty start skyrocketing the price will go up and you won't even be able to get as many coins as before

From my research An ICO means Initial Coin offering. The development team for the coin distributes the coin initially by selling them. The ICO price is the amount that was charged for 1 coin during the ICO. Once it begins trading, the price can fall to zero.
It's from google, it's not from your own research. And why did you need to explain about ICO? Does someone ask you to explain it on here?
This is about why ICO price isn't same when the token entered market, who knows OP? you need to ask market

Because the ICO price is setted off by the project team, and exchange price is decided by the market, when the coin first listed on exchange, many traders will make buy orders at lowest price,  noob airdop and bounty hunters will sell at this price and make the coin dump lower than ICO price.

This is exactly why the Speed Shopper ICO will have no bounties or airdrops.  How can you assess value to something that you are giving away in large quantities?

It is true that the ICO price is lower, and when the token is sold it is profitable. But it doesn't happen because of several factors, for example;
1. when selling lots of bonus tokens from 10% to 40%
2. Bounty hunters after getting instant prizes panic selling.
3. Developers are less responsive to the incidence of panic selling.
4. Segwit issues and various other negative issues.

the price of the ICO is the highest price that would probably achieve by a token. If you buy a token in the ICO, then you will get a bonus. and the price of this you can make the ICO a target to sell tokens that you have.

1. Bounty hunters dump their coin
In my opinion, this is the gretest factor which could affect the price of a particular ICO righ after listed on an exchange. Usually, the majority of bounty campaign participants never wanted to hold their coin for a long time because of FOMO that's why they choose to dump as soon as possible. Well, I can't blame them at all since I also have the same mindset.
2. High bonus on Presale phase
On the contrary, low sales before the official start of the coin despite of having a crowdsale is another factor too. Imagine, what outcome do you expect if there are only few holders of that coin? Low price as well since there are only few circulating in the market.

Why is the ICO price always different when entering the exchange market? whereas when the ICO price before entering the exchange was very promising. What exactly happened?
The ICO price is not the real value of the token it can be worth more or less depending on the demand. Traders can set their own price and when a token gets listed there are can be times where there are more sell orders getting filled than buy orders. Tokens are also affected by the price of BTC and ETH since these are the most added trading pairs when an alt gets listed in an exchange.

ICOs are like buying a set of coins from a manufacturer that costs $X and reselling the coins lower or higher than the original price until you meet the buiyer's demand.

the ICO price does not normally translate to the exchange value. the exchange value of the coin is normally affected by the perception of the public on the value of the coin. It can steeply rise or fall depending on the community who patronizes the coin and the project.

There are many reasons of dropping in price after listing some of them are
1. Bounty hunters dump their coin
2. High bonus on Presale phase
3. At the time of listing there is no such development of project which was told.
4. High ICO Price
