But to start from something and can't effort for handwriting.
We are here to try get something. Writing is in progress also.

It's just a part of load we need and want to use bitcoins to bypass common limitations with money.
And also want to share the opportunity with everyone here.

We have step by step implementation plan based on fully developed theory of brain function.
It's very hard to prove something to public without working prototype.
So using this loan we want to develop working model and then publish our theory and other progress.
Every one will be notified about our progress and will get model for testing and then usage for free + return on their investments.

Can you elaborate further on the project. I assume 10 BTC is nothing for something of that sort. The least I can say is if you are a team of neurosurgeons/IT experts, that is about a monthly salary for each so it makes this loan request somehow fishy. Another point, do you have a website?
