As they present - "INSP is a promo-token and can not be exchanged for an INS token." However, what happens in reality, 777 INSP is credited to users who hasn’t even been familiar with the project. Using a similar method of promoting their project, they decided to use the entire promotional company of our project. We have been refused to contact with them and they also refused our suggestions to change the names of the token, and we have been completely told that everything had planned in a similar way.
How to react to it? This kind of fraud should be punished! We will protect our customers, and solve this situation !

I think you should change your token name or symbol if the case is not being solved because the other party refuses to communicate with you -- this is so because they think they own the INSP as a symbol because they registered it first as their token symbol.
