Swinging from buildings in my spare time.
Why not just save up some more money and get a better rig? You know you're gonna want to play GTA5 or something new when it comes out. Why buy another computer for that when you can have just one, the right one from the get go.

You aren't going to get anything worth upgrading for $100

And chances nothing that will play anything on low specs either.

Your best bet would be to start building yourself a desktop...as they can be upgraded as needed.

The reason for this is that you're not going to be replacing the video card or CPU in a laptop...and even if you managed to get a decent I3 for $100 it's going to have other limitations.

Also, if you aren't experienced with laptop modifications...then you shouldn't do it at all...too many special little pieces and plastic parts to mess up or lose.

Yeah , my last option would be a desktop build man, i saw alot of cheap desktop builds under $50 on YouTube that can run League, CSGO, and overwatch with no laggy fps at all. The only main thing is they overclocked it which i dont really have an experience to. So lets say im going to build a desktop, but how about the specs? What can you reccomend to me to start on atleast under $100 budget? Thank you so much!!!!!

What about this one?

CPU 2.26-GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8400
RAM 4GB
Hard Drive 160GB
Display Size 14.1
Optical Drive DVD+/-RW DL
Graphics Card Intel GMA 4500M HD
Wi-Fi 802.11b/g

It has GPU and a 4gb of RAM

Will it run CS GO or GTA SA in medium settings?

Maybe on low settings, but you'd be pushing it. You want the intel HD 5xxx series graphics if you're going with intel graphics. Anything older wouldn't do you very well.

Also, the core2duo just doesn't cut it for games...you need a quad core for anything released/updated in the past couple years.

What is your budget? Maybe I can find you something.

I have a $50-$100 budget, quite super low i know but i found few refurbished / used one on ebays , craiglists and on my local buy/sell groups. I saw alot which has a i3-i5 processors but most of the time i see this Intel Core Duo 2 thingy. Maybe i could buy a really scrappy specs for a very low affordable then just upgrade them perhaps? I want a unit that can run GTA San Andreas and League of legends smoothly on medium settings then just upgrade the specs whenever i want. I think dell latitude can do its job but i do not know, im not too much very experienced on this kind of stuffs.

Um, you're going to want a quad core...an I3 would suffice.

Ideally something with at least a 3ghz cpu.

Probably going to have to spend at least $500-600 to get something that will play games decently.

True, you can upgrade the ram...and slap an SSD in there as well.

Sometimes taking apart a laptop is a mistake though.

Weigh your options!

If you really can't buy a gaming laptop, I would say get the first option. AMD tends to have really shitty integrated graphics while on the intel side, it is pretty decent. I have a laptop with intel graphics 5000 and I run games like CSGO and Overwatch at decent frame rates. Albeit on low graphics, but it still looks fine.

It's not that AMD integrated graphics are specifically shitty performance wise...it's that the APU overheats due to inefficient engineering/design. If they could improve the heat dissipation then they should outperform intel's HD graphics.

Intel integrated graphics actually became moderately viable for gaming somewhere around the 5xxx series.

...the I3 would be your best bet for gaming out of the options available but 3gb of RAM is terrible, I suggest a minimum of 8gb. Perhaps you should look for different options.

I couldve upgrade it though.

Wait for a Ryzen APU. Think you need a discrete GPU to run GTA V though.

What?

You should buy a PC for gaming .
I had a laptop lenovo g5000 ( i5 3.2 , 4gb ram , amd radeon hd 8750m 2gb 64 bit ) and I had very small fps on low settings in gta 5 ( 800x600 - 25-35 fps ) . I recommand you a pc for grand theft auto games because is a bit powerful and a bit cheaper than a laptop
And if you really really want laptop ,I'd choose first option ( Intel Core i3 CPU M350 @ 2.27 GHz 3GB RAM 64 bit OS)

25-35 fps isnt bad in low settings i can say. Im not really gonna play GTA 5 or 4 just wanted to figure if it can run atleast so i could play GTA san andreas and league of legends smoothly. How about this MSI laptop?

model megabook S430
AMD Athlon 64x2 1,7ghz ( 2 cpus )
2g ram
120g hdd
14inc creen wide

Nah , still good the first option ( i3 cpu m350 , 2,27 ghz , 3gb ram ) Is better than megabooks430
