Does the void coin come with a public address?

It does not... but that was the point when Mike made these.
From what I remember these were given out to press/journalists

For those interested: A 1000BTC just sold at Heritage Auctions for $55.2K (with 20% buyers premium) with BTC in the 60-65k range that day I believe. In fiat, worth less than 1btc.

The Lot 1 is only a 2-factors coin which is not a regular one usually called
a bearer's asset, even though it's a redeemed coin that can usually fetch
much higher price imho.

The 1000 BTC Casascius gold 1oz coin has been sold Cool

What did it sell for?

The buyer has declined to state the sales price

Tell the buyer that's sincerely a shame. Knowing the sale price would allow for more price discovery in this market.

If the buyer stays anonymous I don't understand the issue but oh well...

Great coins!

What is a reasonable price for the 1000 Gold?

While I may be downright delusional with this take as some have mentioned in this thread, I would be willing to part with mine for 2 BTC. I think the problem buyers are going to find is that sellers just don’t want to part with them at reasonable prices. I am willing to trade mine for a Tesla Cybertruck though, which is around 2 BTC. Maybe this seller is more motivated to part with theirs.

That's a good question. I know the owner is open to offers for this 1 of 20 coin.
Please pm me if you would like to make an offer

Would anyone here pay 2.0BTC and up for an unfunded version of the gold 1000 cas, same as one MJ has listed?

That is high by a factor of 10.

You’re selling one for 0.2 BTC? Sold.

Exactly.

Be careful ; There are certain unsavory characters here who would say that the 2.0 btc is a binding bid on your part and then take a screenshot as proof.  (Unless they want it more in which case you didn’t specify lot number. 😁)

My post soliciting if there are buyers at 2BTC is not a bid and I am not bidding in this auction. Please do not hold me at ransom because I am soliciting price discovery.

If that 1000btc hits the auction block, I'd bid.
