Are the two of you sure that the problem is not on your end? I've been using multiple browsers and different networks to access bitcointalk.org over the past few days, and I have never encountered a problem like this. Maybe Cloudflare's firewall is blocking access from your IP address? Have you tried changing your IP address or using a VPN? Or maybe you could try changing the Tor circuit for the Tor network?
I don't want to celebrate it early again and then to see going back to the messed up version (it happened earlier). I tried everything you mentioned above but nothing worked including hard cache cleaning.

Thermos? Cloudflare won't talk to us end-user peons; only website operators are allowed to report problems. Sad
I hope I was able to figure it out and finally this will be the end of the issue. It's something to do with the Cloudflare's cache. That's why it was not working all those times when we were cleaning our local cache (maybe). Please go to a topic which has "All" post active. Click on the "All" link to load all posts which actually calls Cloudflare to check the browser. I think that's when Cloudflare loads the missing file that was missing on our end.

If I was not able to explain it clearly then just open this page: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5414169.0;all
Hopefully it will end on your side too.

No there's not any issues on my side and forum interface seems working fine but as others have said this is cloudfare issue only which you are facing and some others have also faced but the forum was not loading up for them so it will be resolved soon for you as well.Or there could be network connection issue on your end with slow response while using Tor so try it from som other browser. But I am aslo using TOR and it seems to load at normal pace because forum is designed in a manner to load on slow internet connection also.
To make me surprise, it's back to normal. I did not do anything new. Gave everything to fix it yesterday and today I was accepting the fact that I will need to continue like this until I have a premium VPN.

I think it's time for me to invest in a premium VPN.
That will be also best option for you with IP bumping but speed issue will be there also so check for some good VPN providers only.

2. Install add-ons which can save specific website login/cookie. While it could reduce your privacy, IMO it's still better than using Firefox + Tor.
Another problem with directly using the TOR browser is the browser response slow. Sometimes it even do not load page until I need to restart the browser. I was using it yesterday for an hour and faced all these slowness.

I made a little change on the TOR browser to store the password and the captcha bypass URL so that I do not need to access the password backup file every time I am logging in. I think it's time for me to invest in a premium VPN.

but what if you don't set TOR in firefox, does this error still occur?
It works fine with other browsers, even with the actual TOR browser too. Only when I am using Firefox with TOR connection, it's creating all these problems. Other websites on the same Firefox browser connected with TOR are working just fine too.

Considering the extension problem, or anything else, half an hour ago I troubleshooted my firefox. This troubleshooting removed everything from my browser and restarted fresh. It even removed the TOR setting which I had to set again. But the same problem exists with forum.
I hope this will get back to normal for you though of course you should have no trouble understanding all those missing icons.
BitcoinGirl.Club, I don't not use Firefox so I don't know if this happened to me too, but what if you don't set TOR in firefox, does this error still occur?

I don't know who will be responsible for fixing all this, but I hope it will be fixed soon because I'm sure a lot of people use Firefox to login the forum account.

But you may have installed some additional extensions in the browser, or you were adding some of the add-ons that were made for this forum (like BPIP). maybe you changed the custom theme there.

All other sites are loading just fine. Images hosted on other sites and posted on the forum are working fine. But the images/icons that are supposed to be loading from the forum server is not working. At this point I am fed up and tired of everything from my end LOL

I also think that Cloudflare might be causing problems for you, but it's strange how it only affects certain users and not everyone.
Even if does, I have no idea how to get it and fix it.
Earlier today I logged in directly from TOR browser and everything was fine. It's only causing the problem when I am using it on firefox with TOR connection.

But, does it have anything to do with some of the scripts you install?
Right now with the clean setup, the browser have nothing installed.

I am graphically blind and everything is plain text to me LOL

The problem still exists. I can do things but it's just annoying. I changed my internet connection an hour ago but there are nothing has changed. In the same browser every other websites are working fine except the forum.

Everything works normally for me. Different browsers, two different connections, also on desktop PC and mobile. There is no issue.

There was no issues with forum CSS on my side today.

Maybe try using different browsers and delete all your browsing history and cookies, starting fresh.

BitcoinGirl.Club, I would like to confirm that this problem did not occur to me. So far, I have never experienced it, even I have never heard of this problem before in 2 years less than 2 days of my participation in the forum.

I use TOR, Firefox [infrequently] and Crhome to access forum, but honestly I haven't had the same problem. So for now, I don't really know what the problem is. But, does it have anything to do with some of the scripts you install?

What you're doing is bad for at least 2 reasons,
1. You do not take advantage of Tor Browser which have strong fingerprint protection.
Using TOR browser comes with this disadvantage that I need to login every time when I open the browser even if this is with the captcha bypass URL it's an extra headache. The browser also does not show emoji's that I use very often. If anyone have solution for these then I would appreciate knowing them. The emoji things do not need much attention.

2. This forum use cloudflare onion service[1], which let Tor user access this forum without reaching exit node. I'm not sure how cloudflare handle Tor user who do not use Tor Browser.

Not technically sound about this but it sounds using direct TOR browser is a good idea.

As I mentioned in my other post, the image proxy for external images is unaffected. Only images on the forum site itself are affected.
You are right. I overlooked it.

Foxpup, The images on the posts are loading for me. Avatars are not loading. It seems anything that was supposed to be loading from forum default asset files, are not properly loading. Here is another screenshot showing post images are loading fine.

Everything loads just fine on my end. Both on Chrome and Firefox. Is everything OK with your internet connection, VPN, or TOR?
If it's CloudFlare like Foxpup suggested, it seems to have been fixed already. I made several posts since this morning and didn't notice any difficulties.
I also can make posts, navigate to the site. It's because everything about the site interface is already captured in the mind, they eyes are not just seeing the graphical icons. It still is not working.

Is anyone having such issues?

Only when my Tor circuit/internet connection is really slow or i stop the page from loading manually.

It seems something wrong on the server side, CSS messed up or something.

It's also possible CloudFlare messed up when delivering the content.
I am on Firefox but with TOR connection. In the regular browsers (I do not log in from clean web) I see not logged in pages are just fine. My internet connection is absolutely fine. This concludes, it has something to do with the TOR circuit.

Does not happen to me neither.

Sometimes I cannot visit other websites as well like Reddit where even posts do not even load properly, but the loading icon animation in the tab stopped. It all turned out to be just my ISP after all and not my own browser.

Edit 1: Foxpup mentioned Cloudflare's blocking images, so that could possibly be the reason as well.
