I will place in my betting slip both matches first Serbia v Cyprus where Serbia will be my pick for moneyline.In second match like everyone Romania is selection instead of Congo.So for tonight matches moneyline for both competitions.I am good with odds it isn't big issue with Serbian odds.

Congo - Romania situation is easy to guess.Romania is very good and strong enough to defeat Congo.It is like a warm up match for Romania to test its preparation for next match against France.I have no doubt that Romania will play extraordinary.This win will boost confidence level of Romanian team.

Serbia vs Cyprus I also do agree that Serbia is much more better and solid team than Cyprus at least.Although it is clear that Serbia will win but there will bot be seen many goals.Asian Handicap Cyprus +1.5 @ 1.66 AH looks better.I am convinced that the victory for Serbia will be with 1 goal margin.

indeed romania better than congo based on FIFA rank and players rating , romania currently on position 19th and congo on position 51th , we can refer to the rank but refer to latest performance too are important.

in last 5 matches romania always get draw but never lost too in last 17 matches, congo always score in last 10 matches so i guess both teams will score.

Good analysis friend I have also seen the match record Congo and previously decided to bet both teams to score
but I changed the options because Congo scored against a team that is not too strong or a team that has a weak defense, while today they have against Romania one team has a strong defense so it is not easy to score a goal IMO.

In international games especially the one for training purposes, here will always be lot of goals. Serbia could win the game easily if it is a real games however in this match we wont know the players list that they are going to use for this match so it is risky for serbia moneyline however betting on over 2.5 goals should be safe enough

About the Serbia vs Cyprus match tonight, well when Serbia is playing at home they are quite the formidable opponent and even though this is just a friendly game I think they can win easily if they are motivated to play well today. The odds on Serbia ML are quite low @ 1.30 but I think they can win with a goal difference vs Cyprus and I am going to bet on Serbia -1.5 AH @ 2 which is a little bit risky but I think it's great value as well.
For the Romania - DR Congo game I really like half time the draw so I will maybe put something on that as well.
