Thank you for your nice comment. We track our every shipment and usually delivery to Europe and UK takes 10-12, to US, Canada and Australia takes 15-18 days.

Our pharmacy located in Cyprus. We have warehouses in Cyprus, Turkey and Armenia. Orders are shipped from Cyprus, Turkey and/or Armenia depends on the products. According to our previous experiments problems in customs are very very low. But if there is any problem in customs you have two options;
1- We refund the all amount.
or
2- We ship replacement order.
It depends on you.
Its actually a good thing but the issue of regulation is a matter of concern because when it comes to pharmacy products, it's a matter of life and death which is something I wouldnt risk. I would prefer to buy from my locality where one can hold responsible in case its different from what was to be used, among other factors such as importation costs, as well as the control from where its coming from.
