300$ is peanuts. try 8000-150,000$ upfront then your vouch would mean something about him being reliable.

people who earn 300 usd a month are more likely to scam than people who earn3000 USD a month. professional people know that.
Also he he belongs to one of the scammiest countries in the world.

The odds of getting scam dealing with went a lot higher after these 2 factors. This is why I won all my recent sports booking I know to look at data and determine odds.

I see here that you are incentivizing to put reviews on your service/site that you have, which I think is okay but demanding "positive" reviews instead of their honest opinion of your service makes it somewhat of a "bribe" situation. That's going to be untrustworthy actions. It should be honest and just really reviewing the service and unbiased.

The are thirld world countries where most scammers come from (Nigeria, India, Pakistan)

There are also thirld world countries with good people - Phillipines, Vietnam, Thailand, Colombia,
