Thank you OP for spreading love and joy this holidays. You may think this is small but it will forever remain in the memory of the children you have shown kindness. Not only did you bless them with food, you also opened their minds to Bitcoin. I’m sure the orphanage will remember you as Mister Bitcoin. I wish more people can replicate this in their own local communities. Little acts of compassion like this are what will make the world a better place.

Giving to orphans generally have a benefit and blessing attached. It is not only material things that can be given, Knowledge can also be given, Knowledge is even more valuable in some cases than physical gifts.

You have given knowledge to this children who had an unequal opportunity due to them being orphans, you have made sure that they are exposed to the knowledge outside, posterity will reward you for it.

Op you have done so well by giving out foods and knowledge at the same time to the orphans, I am so much happy to see this bold stel you have taken today, it is not an easy task for one to do so this season as the economy is a little bit hard and still this is also a celebration season..
Let's not be shocked that the little knowledge that you have shared with the orphans will become an impact in their life's tomorrow to come, as truly speaking the are the ones that will lead the younger and old one in future to come.

Happy birthday to you on this wonder day. What you have done is a welcoming idea but I will advice you keep follow up to make sure they follow through on what was taught. With this you can help them to systematically assimilate & integrate tenets of bitcoins and crypto, well done.

Hopefully those orphans listen to what you have discussed to them since if they grow up and learn how to adopt bitcoin on their lives for sure they can see some great changes since here they can't see any discrimination as anyone can earn bitcoin by the efforts they exert here. But I doubt they can learn for just one discussion about bitcoin still this is good effort to introduce them so at the moment its up for those children to discover about the world of cryptocurrency and hopefully there are people around them who knows a lot information about crypto can guide them since we also need to consider the risk since they are vulnerable on everything especially scamming or other harmful events that can affect their decision making.

There's lot need to learn from so hopefully those people like OP will continue their advocacy to introduce bitcoin to many people including young adults since this could give them huge opportunity to earn and gain knowledge about what we need to learn on investment and employment.

I have something to tell you in terms of legality and legal boundaries, you can probably find a loophole so you can do it anyways. Reading the law and consulting a lawyer might be able to help you to become knowledgeable and be able to do this initiative in your country, I'm sure that you can also consult your local government about this, I don't think you're from a country that has a brazenly strict laws that a mention of cryptocurrency or bitcoin is automatic jail sentence. Or you can just do it the old fashioned way which is selling the bitcoin to USD and then using that money to fund the program, that's the only way that I can think of that might work for you if you really want to do it. It's not going to diminish the good that you're going to do even if you don't use bitcoin directly. For me, I really wanted to do this but I'm poor and I recently had an emergency so I need to build back up. Kudos to OP for doing this, spreading positivity while spreading the message of bitcoin.

There is good karma and there is bad Karma, what you are doing is good karma and you will be pay back in multiple ways, keep doing this and believe me you are building a strong sense of good karma for your children, many people don't believe in this but I do, there is nothing, absolutely nothing in this world that's free, everything you do is strongly fighting for a payback, so if you are wise you will always do good.

I advice everyone to do deeds like this one, there are so many people that are lacking, and believe me it's not only by your own grace that you become smart financially, some people are meant to take from smart people like you and that doesn't mean they are weak people, every human are like gold in different areas in life, let's share love when and if we can.

I think you are very lucky because you got to stand with orphans on your birthday. And discussed something about Bitcoin. Your right discussion about Bitcoin can bring a lot of success to an orphan. I think it is very important to talk about Bitcoin everywhere. So that the poor helpless people can understand about Bitcoin and make themselves self-reliant by proper use of Bitcoin. Happy Birthday, OP. The only problem that I see here is that they're orphans meaning they're most likely kids. Do you think that they will be interested in learning more about Bitcoin knowing how complex it is? Introducing it to them might be a good thing, but do you expect that they will do further research on it? Do you think that they will be interested in learning it even more after you introduce it to them? Those questions that I asked are important because sometimes, picking the correct person to introduce Bitcoin to is a big factor as well.

Well, I might not like the fact that you shared it with kids, but the fact that you helped them is already a good thing. It's Yuletide Season anyways, and I hope many here will do the same as long as they're able to do it, and of course, don't do it only because it's Christmas. As much as possible, let's give to other people who are in need as well.

Great job OP. One day, you will be remembered because of your generosity and because of your genuine care to the orphans that made you decide to teach them and open their young minds to the world of bitcoin. Only seldom of the people who think and act like you do, so you must also be grateful to yourself for what bitcoin has done to you. Without bitcoin, I'm quite sure that your way of thinking will not be as genuine and proper just like this.

The kids are definitely the future of the universe. So it's important that we should open their awareness on things that would likely become their asset in the future, and bitcoin is a perfect example, that's why we have to teach them as early as today to develop motivation in learning bitcoin.

First, a belated Happy Birthday to you @OP.  It is refreshing to see this kind of story.  Although I always read this kind of action everywhere, it never ceases to make me happy reading such stuff.

It is really a great thing to introduce Bitcoin to people but the same as the earlier replies, people who have heard of the good news may not have the capability to exploit the potential of Bitcoin, if there is, maybe a few of them.  But the kids who heard about the beauty of Bitcoin might find it hard to understand since there might be no visual aids that may help your Bitcoin Introduction.

I believe you should do some follow-up seminars and Bitcoin intro to the people in the orphanage, and provide them with videos that simply tell the basics of Bitcoin so that they can fully grasp the basics of how Bitcoin works.  That is if you want (OP) them to engage with Bitcoin activities.

I think they (kids) will remember @OP but I doubt they will remember Bitcoin if there are no follow-up seminars to discuss about BTC.

Bitcoin is more than just an investment and store of value, more than P2P money that we use to pay for our things. While the issue now is about the fees, forget about that moment when we see threads like this that inspire people and allow us to share something us, and that came from Bitcoin. We're in this season where it's said to be a season of giving but even if we're not in that season, the spirit of giving is always coming to the person that wants to give to the needy. And as you introduce Bitcoin to these kids, for sure they are going to remember two things from you.

1. That you've given them some gift on times like this when most are still struggling due to the economic global condition.
2. They'll remember Bitcoin and that they've heard it a long time ago from someone like you.

You wouldn't understand the love and care that you have shown to these orphans on your birthday. Giving through charity on your birthday is the best way to celebrate as some people will only think about themselves on their birthday, but you did the extra ordinary.

I must say that these orphans will not forget about this good deed of yours because you didn't only stop at giving them the gifts, but you gave them bitcoin awareness which will be useful to them in the future because some of them will be future bitcoiners.

Its good to know that still, another member gives to the people who barely need it was a grateful action OP and it's so rare to see people celebrating with other people, this surely really gives them a different joy and fun also with your birthday could be memorable. Your work is undoubtedly appreciated. We usually plan our birthdays to go to a nice restaurant to eat and drink and cut a cake but here you celebrate your birthday differently. Birthday parties like this with poor orphans are much more fun than eating at a good restaurant every year on the occasion of a birthday. Even for one day, you have put a smile on the faces of many helpless children, this happiness cannot be obtained by spending millions of dollars.

You are doing a very good thing by sharing with children in orphanages whose lives depend on donations and with your gift they can still feel the joy of Christmas.
Teaching Bitcoin to nursing home workers is very good because they can open up opportunities to receive donations from Bitcoin too so that donations can be received not only from your community but also from communities that work abroad and they want to share their love, but teaching Bitcoin to children is not so important in my opinion, but everything you do is extraordinary, and happy birthday and also merry Christmas and happy holidays.

First of all, happy belated birthday to you since I'm writing this post after a few days from when you started this thread.

Things like these are the reason why I think people with good hearts deserve the most wealth in the world. A lot of people earn a lot of money, way more than they need, but they barely think of sharing it with others because we never know what a dollar can mean to some people. After all, it isn't a lot for us. When you give a sandwich to a homeless person, you make their day because they barely get to eat or sleep in cozy beds like we do.

So, the world is full of grief and sadness, and our hearts and minds might have a lot of burdens, but things like these can become reasons for calmness even if it's for a little while. When you make a single person smile because you do something for them that many people don't, you feel happy from inside and imagine doing that with a bunch of people. It's a great feeling, and you did a great job.

I don't know if they have a lot of interest in Bitcoin or not since they probably don't have mobile phones or computers, etc. However, I'm pretty sure that they will pray that you and other people like you earn more Bitcoins so that they keep getting gifts and food like this, and believe me, their prayers are listened to.

Impacting bitcoin knowledge to orphans is very big ides from my perspective and second thing is that we have to understand that bitcoin is a continuous learning and the orphans can be a beneficiary tomorrow whenever they have the funds to invest with bitcoin, the thing is that we have to at least have the pre knowledge of bitcoin first, so when the knowledge of bitcoin is being manifest in them they can be successful tomorrow, I really appreciate your ideas of educating orphans how bitcoin works and in future it will be good impact to them.

You really do a good job, OP. I can say you really tried doing this, and it’s also another opportunity for us to let people know about bitcoin (the future of money), especially the orphans. Just like you did now, I believe it will help the kids in the future.

You also did a very good job. You know, sometimes when you do something, there is no need for the public to know that many people are doing the same thing as you did. We also do the same things as what the OP of this topic did, but we don’t show it since it is not necessary. Since you are unable to confront them to tell them about bitcoin, I think that is not a big deal. You can do that as time goes on, or you can get some people among them, maybe 1 or 2 people, to tell them about bitcoin and this forum, or if you don’t have enough time to teach, you can just introduce them to this forum; they will easily learn here. It is not easy to teach, though.


This is also another way of introducing bitcoin technology to them, and I believe the accompanying teacher will find you to know more about it and let them know about it. And I believe they will also love to do the same thing you did to them for other people who are in need.
