Is there also an update about your sportsbook, for example? I think most people are interested in that. Maybe a bonus or promotion? I have never seen a signature campaign from you. Isn't that a an idea?

Hi Cacingkemi,

Hi Hanuebu,

Checked the arcade section and observed that most games available are popular ones, but having to sign-up just to play for free is a con in my opinion though it is understandable when playing with real money obviously.

You can try our games through free play without signing up!

What is the house edge on all the games since I couldn't find any information related to this anywhere?
We are currently updating our site and the house edge will be available for Arcade games very soon.

In Search of Incredible
The 5% fee isn't fixed, it says they may charge up to 5%. And they only charge fee for withdrawals as you can see ‘Pmalek’ described above. Their terms and conditions page says,
Quote
7.1.9. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.

I have asked their support to make it clear and mentioned about the fee details of T&C page. Support have given me the actual fee chart but said nothing about the 5% fee. Though he added that his given withdrawal fee chart is correct
Quote
The network transaction fee is 0.0005424 BTC for Bitcoin, 0.0004 ETH for Etherium, 10 USDT / USDC for Tether, 0.002 PAXG and 0.00000226 BCH for Bitcoincash withdrawals.

BTW, It's great that Cloudbet have added those classic games finally. Seems like we can place two different bets before every plane launch in aviator game. Personally I like this option much. Maybe the free play function doesn't working yet? Dice game have 3% house edge. Compared to other casino it seems high enough. Do you have any plan to lower it in future?

and I don't like that you can charge 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.
I had a look at their Terms and Conditions, and in 7.3.6 they do mention that they can deduct 5% from your balance when you initiate a withdrawal. But they are not going to charge you for deposits because they are not the ones paying the transaction fees on deposits. Transaction fees could be deducted from the amount you deposited, but only to cover network fees when you withdraw from the site.

5% is really unacceptable for a payout. So if you were to request a payment of approximately USD 10,000, you would simply have to throw away USD 500. That is a lot of money to pay for just a fee. Isn't that necessary for anything? since they probably work with their own server. 500usd fee then yo can cover the fees for 100 people.
When we talk about the small funds withdrawal the fee percentage looks small. As in the above quote, for a withdrawal of $10000 providing $500 as withdrawal fee is something very big. Cloudbet needs to reconsider this and should make changes to the withdrawal fee structure.
They need to make the withdrawal fees fix like what many gambling sites are doing . Mostly they charge 5000 sats for a minimum withdrawal of 200k sats but the fee still the same for withdrawals over 200k sats .
The issue is going to be on the small gamblers this time and not for the big gamblers that make big withdrawals because 5k sats is already big for small gamblers and its got even bigger now that btc price is over 29k u.s dollars but other than that this new game is a good addition to the old cloudbet games .

The site has a lot more to offer than these Arcade games. I think this is the wrong way to promote something. They can much better promote the other products.

The classic casino games will be preferred by most people. By the way, why has a new topic been opened? Their old topic had been since 2013? active but is no longer there.
I think that would have been a much better idea because they also carry brand awareness there. Now they have to rebuild their reputation from scratch.

It's nice to see that Cloudbet is back. many users will have missed the site. Cloudbet is one of the forerunners on the forum when it comes to cryptobetting.
That is also a good intention for 2021 to start with a special addition to the forum. I've seen those games on more sites, but every update you make can have potential added value.

Its been a long time since I’ve heard the updates with Cloudbet and its good to see a new way to gamble on Cloudbet and now its good for the gamer and to those who wants to play the arcade and earn at the same time. I hope that no more issues with the system of Cloudbet and its time for me to try this one.

Cloudbet is a great site. I don't see Crypto Arcade as a special addition to the site. You have a stable and beautiful platform, these games were not necessary.
Most people still want to use a casino and / or the sports section. It is good that you are innovative of course.

Can you perhaps also tell us something about your accepted countries? You have been inactive on the forum for a long time. Was that related to this project? And which license do you have now?

I had no issues accessing the website, I didn't use a VPN. I guess it's good that the website is blocking people from the restricted geolocations, it minimises the risk of people playing and violating the rules by accident.
I also haven't experienced any problems with the time it takes for the games to load. I've opened Aviator, and it loaded fully in about 4 seconds which is fine for me. And the same happened with Plinko, wheread Dice, HiLo and Roulette loaded even faster.
It's also nice that you have a blog post that explains how to play various games. Nice work!

I am playing some goal mines for free now and it looks good.
According to terms and conditions only four countries are not allowed for registration on Cloudet website, USA, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore, and I don't like that you can charge 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs.
Can you confirm this is correct?

It seems we need to use a VPN connection to visit on your site because I have a problem too.
I like the site's design, and it looks futuristic because the image or I would call it the button for the links on the game looks good.
I thought the aviator game was a different game, but after I click, that is like a crash game, but I do not try to play the game.
How about KYC? Do you apply KYC for your members? Because I do not want to fill KYC if that is for playing gambling Grin
