The SEC has filed charges against the crypto startup Loci and its founder John Wise in the sale of unregistered securities. The regulator ordered the startup and its founder to liquidate LOCIcoin and pay a fine of $7.6 million. Also, the condition for settling claims is the refusal to participate in new token offerings in the future. The $249 is a per month charge. Our competitor Lexus Nexus chargers per search. We are correcting the coin/token issue now.
