This is strange...that I have never heard about Poker.com room before... taking into consideration the name and URL.
This is exactly what I was thinking, how have I not heard of them with a domain like that? ...
Probably parked domain up for grabs that are worth millions for someone who wants to buy...

For sure is worth millions.

https://www.igamingbusiness.com/news/pokercom-domain-sale

Pretty strange that such an insane costly domain name was lying around unused or was used so badly that nobody has ever heard of them  Cheesy.

Luckily now Poker.com is (let's hope  Wink) in better hands and we will see big success with the poker room and casino under this catchy name.

Going back to the poker.com poker room itself, not enough traffic is for sure an issue. I wanted to play few hands to try out, but after a fast look on the cash tables, I found only one Texas Holdem table with 3 players, by the second, was only one player sitting around and waiting for action. Additionally, it was a player from the first table, so the count was only 3 players in total. Disaster, taking into consideration that it was Saturday at 4 PM.

Of course, I will try tomorrow to play the freeroll to test it out, but my suggestion is to maybe hire poker props and they will create more traffic and action.

This is strange, but I have to be honest and admit, that I have never heard about Poker.com room before and I know almost all of them or at least I have heard the names a couple of times before.

Not only never heard about the poker room, but also I didn't know about the educational page from poker.com, which is pretty strange taking into consideration the name and URL.

I wonder why I haven't ever seen it in google searches or other poker-related pages, forums, advertisements, taking into consideration how old the domain is?

I like your poker room and I like these daily freerolls very much because lately there is a lack of freerolls in poker rooms where I am able to play.

This is always nice to play a cash game and a freeroll on the second table  Wink.
This is exactly what I was thinking, how have I not heard of them with a domain like that? You'd think they'd be one of the biggest around by now. I'm guessing this domain was held for a while and finally just bought but it must have cost a fortune. Makes you feel like some serious people are behind this though.

Probably parked domain up for grabs that are worth millions for someone who wants to buy. Premium domains like this one are worth thousands to millions which is for sale in the registrar like godaddy. If you bought domain like this, it means you have a deep pocket in the industry that aimed to kill competitors. This poker.com can easily put the top-ranked poker websites in the backseat.

Do you maybe plan to work with BTCGrinders? Imho it is very good advertisement and will attract many players. Is it an option for you?

Poker.com is the most premium the domain for poker website in my opinion. I visit your website last year since my previous team that planning IEO are talking about purchasing your website and optimizing there own poker software.

By any chance, is there Andreas H that contacting you before about purchasing/partneship your domain? They suddenly disappear last year without giving me notification about the status of the project. We are supposed to be doing IEO this year and most of our requirements are already prepared including license.

Hi Guys,

We are so appreciative of the very kind reviews and amazing suggestions!  I hope everyone takes the time to try the Daily Million Freeroll (Yes its free to enter). Next one is tonight at 6pm EST or 10pm GMT.  We keep getting asked is there a 'catch' to any prize payouts?  No, free is free at Poker.com and if you win you can cash out immediately as some members have mentioned.

Answers below to more of your questions...

Blind levels are little bit shallow (6 minutes are not good enough make it at least 10), I know you will say its free roll but these small things makes the difference.

This is a great suggestion, and we have acted on it.  We have made the later Million Freeroll 10 minute blinds (6pm EST or 10pm GMT), and keeping the Early Bird version (8am EST or Noon GMT) at 6 minute blinds.  Let's see what the players think.

What is that pBUX and how do you use it? I got just a few pBUX point after getting registered there for free

We launched pBUX with the intent of offering free, alternative chips to all players upon registration.  We are busy working away on a first usage for pBUX where players can win bitcoin without any risk.  We hope to have something next week, please stay tuned.

But the main trouble I have encountered, while playing it shows only mBTC not USD, it would be more attractive and easier to play if it showed the value of USD.

This USD view is a great idea, we just weren't sure how many would find it helpful (we know its at least one).  Please keep the feedback coming we are listening!

fyi... we offer instant anonymous secure poker where only an email address is required to play, deposit, and withdraw.

Thanks and keep the great feedback coming!

Best,

Niall, Poker.com

I played 0.01 bitcoin free roll and secured 2nd place. I have requested a 0.00194 bitcoin cash out which is currently pending. I will leave detailed review after getting my cash out as I have some suggestions for OP.
I confirm that I got my cash out with some bonus. Here is my promised review;
Since of they are using the same platform used by nitrogensports, most serious crypto poker players are already familiar with it. Great promotional free roll is going on. Blind levels are little bit shallow (6 minutes are not good enough make it at least 10), I know you will say its free roll but these small things makes the difference. There is no option of seeing your stack in form of big blinds. Notes making on player should color the whole avatar of the player not just a small sticky. Deal making should be available at final table.
Over all the platform looks good and any one who is interested should give it a a try with free roll.

That's nice, I'm a Big fan of Poker games, it seems this platform is really cool, after seeing positive review I opened an account and got 500 pBUX. But I can’t play with pBUX cause there are no players on pBUX section. I'll definitely try with BTC.

Experimentally I have played the Bitcoin Poker game, everything looks good, Minimum deposit is 0.5mBTC that’s really reasonable.  But the main trouble I have encountered, while playing it shows only mBTC not USD, it would be more attractive and easier to play if it showed the value of USD. There is a cashier, Depositing and Cash-Out system is pretty much fast.
Overall, I liked it.

By the way,
pBUX is their own chips, you can use pBUX to play pocker. There are two currency for playing poker, mBTC & pBUX.
What is that pBUX and how do you use it?

You could explain some more about the details in the thread when you are advertising something you will need a higher a rank or a cooper membership so you can easily post some images in your posts. however I'm wondering about the domain name. It's just way too unique. I guess if you bought that kind of domain name you can easily buy a copper membership and make your article look better than this.

Its a very old domain, bitcoin doesn't exist yet when he got the domain but I guess he recently just decide to accept BTC now that his team saw the potential.  Its almost not needed but promoting here in the forum with a signature campaign will get this site to be more popular and will also keep the competition tight.

that was exactly what I wanted to know!

if it existed before and decided to accept bitcoin, for me, in my humble personal opinion, is a big win!

it means that adoption is continuing Smiley and is good for ours vision about bitcoin

ooooh nice premium domain.

If there is one poker site that would rank above the searches in poker, this would probably beat the rest. I'd be more interested to join as an affiliate because of that 50%. I wonder how many of the people are promoting this on their website.

Just registered to affiliates.poker.co.ag: seem nothing to see there, no banners but only tracker.

agree.. very nice premium domain
i want to try affiliates too, but my advice is always one.. keep honest and do some contest or signature campaign on this forum
we are all players Cheesy

Any winning is sweet and when it's from free money then it's sweeter :-D

To add up it do also suggest other top poker sites as what you have mentioned but you also missed out "betonline.ag"
I really thought that this one is indeed a poker site but we're wrong because it do redirect people to /poker.co.ag
There are few more if I am not wrong but the point was that they are adverting for those casinos, or we can say that they are recommending those sites and it's understandable that everyone wants to take the piece of the traffic they get from the search engine.

Well, its his own choice to do with affiliate rather than making it as a poker site. The domain alone is already a big factor to be a main player of this industry.
I am pretty sure you missed my last post :-)

Help me to understand: You own the domain name but your site is not a poker site except you are just affiliated with some poker sites such as:
To add up it do also suggest other top poker sites as what you have mentioned but you also missed out "betonline.ag"
I really thought that this one is indeed a poker site but we're wrong because it do redirect people to /poker.co.ag

I wounder how much does this make you. With such a domain name if you have your own poker site and can brand the site with a little effort you can be one of the best poker site in the work I guess.

It looked extremely suspicious at first. How could he have called all-in with 59o unless he knew the outcome beforehand?! Those were my first thoughts, but then, couple of minutes later, I remembered that such things happen in poker, and that I'd been in his position, and not only once. Smiley

Good game, overall. I'll try tomorrow again.
There need to be a reason that bad players try to win against you. This is completely in contrast to chess, because there is no luck involved. But sure if you know that the other chess player is better you will never llay against this person for money. People make bad moves in poker. In one game the Opponent goes all-in with over 200bb with 27o. You can see such bad Plays as some Kind of extra-rake we have to pay sometimes.

Today I played in the Daily Million Satoshi Freeroll. It was all good at first, and I found myself on the 5th place 30 minutes after the start.

But then something strange happened. I'd got pocket Qs, and responded with all-in to the Kingsfull's 1,222 raise. He called

He called, and I was glad to see that he had small chances of beating me with his 59o. But what happened next killed me.

Op, you should make an Announcement thread with screenshots and stuff, so that it looks more standard (just see how others do it). And you are making quite strong claims. Like, for instance, this one:
Quote
World's Best Poker Site!
As the most trusted poker brand in the industry, it is our mission to offer the most honest, fair, and entertaining place to play online poker anywhere. Thank-you for choosing the World's Best Poker Site!
I think such words should be supported by proofs, especially since you don't seem to be as popular as you suggest (at least, not on this forum). The domain name is great, but obviously not enough to make the community trust this website and choose it over different ones. I also wonder why poker.com is sort of a general website with information and stuff but the real playing goes on a different website (poker.co.ag)

It's so nice to see you here. It was always curious for me to know who owns domain poker.com and why isn't it under pokerstars management (I guess they crave that domain).
Please can you tell us a little bit more about your team? What's your main aim? Without doubt domain is exclusive and I appreciate that poker.com is connected to bitcoin. I checked alexa rank and it's 830k, too sad.
Do you own domain poker.co.ag ? Or just are affiliated with it? Btw I was unable to find any video linked to these domains. Seems website was left without attention for decades.
Why were you in silence for these years? Do you had offers from top poker companies?

Hope you'll answer these questions and will be more opened.
Btw wish you good luck.
