Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand the importance of having transparent terms and conditions for our users. We've taken your feedback seriously, and I'm pleased to inform you that we've now created a Terms and Conditions page.

We'll be updating it regularly to ensure that it accurately reflects our policies and guidelines. We encourage everyone to review the Terms and Conditions before signing up, as it outlines important information about the use of our platform.

It’s nice to see that you actually went ahead to create Terms and Conditions page for your site.

I have gone through them and I noticed one that seems odd to me (probably because I haven’t seen it in any other site before). It’s about the deposit - naturally when making deposits we (the users) are supposed to pay for transactions from our wallet but still in your ToS mentioned that deposit fee will still be collected or did I misunderstood what was written?

We appreciate your feedback! Regarding the deposit fee mentioned, it's essentially a nominal transaction fee that covers the processing costs involved when transferring funds from individual user wallets to our company deposit address. This ensures smooth and secure transactions for all users on our platform.

Additionally, As a player vs player game platform, we're unable to offer large signup bonuses or balances, however we're excited to announce a special offer for our next 50 users! To promote fairness and transparency, we're offering a free $5 bonus to help users explore and understand our platform better. Users can create their own games and share their game ID or number in this thread to get started. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns!

Tried to look for information about how the winner is drawn since it is a raffle combined with wheel but this below information is the only one I found.

Our platform operates on the principle of randomness, and there's no way to predict or manipulate game outcomes. Embrace the unpredictability, play within your limits, and enjoy the excitement of every game.

It is just a claim or your players can verify the fairness of your game?
How can you assure your players that you do not manipulate the result of each game?
I do not mean to say that you will do it but it would be much better if you have provably fair system so your players can verify each game.

Thank you for your inquiry. We completely understand the importance of ensuring fairness and transparency in our games. Our random selection process is entirely backend, and we want to assure our players that the integrity of our games is of utmost importance to us.

While our platform do not operate on smart contract, we're more than happy to offer a solution for those who are still concerned about the randomness of our games. Players can create an account, and we'll provide them with high non-withdrawable balances to test the platform. They can then create their own games and make test accounts with non-withdrawable balances to join the games.

We're committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all our users, and we appreciate your feedback and concerns.

Regarding terms and conditions, we understand your concern. We will be adding them to our website soon to ensure transparency and provide all necessary information to our users.

As mentioned above it would have been better to have the terms and conditions ready before you released your site - because right now those that have signed up for your site don’t even know what to expect in your ToS, if it’s something that they can accept and work with or if in your term they’ll be excluded/restricted from using your site (because of their location).

I haven’t created an account yet - and I’d do that after I go through your terms, so hopefully you will have it ready in time.

By the way, I noticed that the way you have been replying to users is not good - if you want to reply to more than one person you can compile it into a single post, you don’t have to reply then singly that will only make your thread look messy.

Hello guys and of course Welcome to Bitcointalk.org .

Your welcome bonus is so small comparing to other sites that have even given 5-10 dollars the lowest but reading your response here shows how serious and truthful you are in this project and the dedications are extremely amazing.

not to mention your uniqueness , maybe I should try this game for now .

Thank you for your message. We believe that transparency and sustainability are key to the success of our platform. While our welcome bonus may seem modest compared to others, we've carefully considered the potential risks of offering larger bonuses and have chosen a more sustainable path. Our website operates on a commission basis because there is always a winner for every game, significant bonuses could be easily abused by users, leading to substantial losses for our company in a short period. For instance, if we were to offer high deposit bonuses and users create games with a high number of users and entries, such as $20 entries with 120 users, it would result in significant losses for us in a very short time which is about $1000s of dollars each time as there are always winners for each game. That's why we've chosen to provide a $1 bonus to new sign-ups, and we've set the minimum withdrawal amount at $5. We're glad to have you consider trying out our game, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to welcoming you to Wheel Spin Raffles!

I believe you're referring to the participation limit in a game. Once the required number of users joins the game, the wheel will start to spin and select a random winner among the list of participants. The winning amount will then be added to the player's balance, and the winner can choose to withdraw the amount if it meets or is above the withdrawal threshold, currently set at $5.
I am talking about this part(image below) that can be seen when registering, I assumed the "30" is the number of times you can join a room and the "7 days" is when you can set that limit again, so I was curious what would happen if you reached that limit, anyway, perhaps I am wrong, would you mind explaining it further?

The "30" represents the number of times you can participate in games within a 7-day restriction period. This means that you cannot join or play more than 30 raffle games within a span of 7 days unless your restriction timer is reset. Once you reach this limit, you'll need to wait for the 7-day period to end or for your restriction timer to reset before you can participate in additional games.

You forgot to mention how much is the casino fee on each round since this is a PVP game that normally casino subtracts their fee to the pot prize.

I’m not seeing a demand on this games since players preferred Casino vs Players type of games such as slot so that they don’t need to wait for other players in able to win. Lastly, I hope your casino will have a display for online/active users that can be use as reference of players when they create a game.

I’m not a fan of PvP game but I’m always fond playing roulette.

It's important to note that the amount displayed on the game cards is final and represents the exact amount you'll receive upon winning a game. When creating a game there is a 20% fee of the actual or gross total winning amount. This fee is shared between the creator of the game and the website.

We are planning on implementing an actual user-to-user live chat feature soon, allowing users to communicate with each other in real-time, which could include a display for online and active users, providing a reference for players when creating games. Stay tuned for these updates

You have a good start It is good that you know how Bitcointalk works and you started the right way, you're introducing a new concept in online raffle gaming this is something that caught our attention, and it is also good that you have a $1 for trial.

One of the things that caught my attention is your how-to-play game page, where you have a lot of recommendations on how to play responsibly.

Just keep doing what you're doing now and that's being responsive to suggestions, feedback and questions and you are good to go, I recommend that you have funds to launch a review campaign or a signature campaign anytime you're team is ready.

Thank you for your insightful feedback! We truly appreciate your review and are glad to hear that you find our approach promising.

We're committed to continuously improving and evolving our platform based on suggestions, feedback, and questions from users like you. Your support means a lot to us.

As for your suggestion regarding a signature campaign, it's definitely something we're considering. As soon as we are ready, we'll explore launching such a campaign to further promote our platform within the community.

Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're excited about the journey ahead and look forward to providing an even better experience for our users.

Yes, we are meant to be accepting both BTC and Ethereum, but we've encountered some development issues with it integration. Currently. Our team is actively working to resolve these issues, and we aim to fix and deploy Bitcoin soon.
that's good to hear, I mean it is always beneficial to the gambling site to have several options of payment methods available on their site.

Regarding terms and conditions, we understand your concern. We will be adding them to our website soon to ensure transparency and provide all necessary information to our users.
that's good but you should have added it before you launched the casino, it's extremely important to see a gambling site's ToS so gamblers can avoid what to do and not to do, anyway, at least you are going to add it soon.

As for the "set limit" and "set play limit" features, they are designed to promote responsible gaming. You can set the frequency at which you want to participate in games during a specified restriction period to maintain control over your gameplay.
interesting feature, just curious, what happens when the participation limit has been reached?

All users can also track their balance operations in the Balance Log tab on the wallet page for transparency and accountability.

If you encounter any issues with your account, you can easily reach out to us via email at [email protected] or message us here on this platform. We're here to assist you every step of the way!

Hello and welcome to the Forum guys , its good to see that you  purchase Coppermembership that allows you to post photos and looks your site good here in forum.

Nice approach here mate spin raffles sounds interesting and Will definitely try this one, but are you planning to give us(Bitcointalkers) a special bonus like what other new sites brings since then?

Thank you for your interest and positive feedback! We're glad to hear that you find Wheel Spin Raffles intriguing and are keen to give it a try.

In terms of special bonuses, Unlike traditional online gambling websites where significant sign-up bonuses are feasible, Wheel Spin Raffles operates with real users engaging in the games, not the company itself. Therefore, offering large bonuses poses challenges for us as it could lead to losses. Instead, we focus on providing fair and enjoyable experiences for our users while ensuring transparency and sustainability

As a token of appreciation for our community members, we're currently offering a free $1 bonus to our next 100 users and to anyone who signs up. This allows players to explore our platform without any initial investment.

It's important to note that all games on our platform are played by actual users and not against the company. We solely generate revenue through commission, ensuring a transparent and fair system for all players.

Feel free to create a game and share with your friends! Let's make this community-driven gaming experience truly exciting for everyone involved.
Welcome to bitcointalk community.

I wanted to question the $1 sign up bonus how it's very poor for starters but reading down I found you have made an explanation as to why you guys have to go with that bonus amount. Which means you guys are strictly working based on your available budget, my concern is that the sign up bonus when compared to other similar sites bonus in the forum it's not enticing competitive at all.

However, I want to know if Wheel Spin Raffles have any intentions of reviewing or making changes to the current withdrawal limit of $5 later on after your user base might have increased, because I have seen some gambling sites do that within a short period and some even apply this changes without notifying their users prior to it and it's not fair in my opinion.

Allow me to shed some light on our approach:

While it's not necessarily a matter of budget constraints, offering large significant bonuses at this early stage could potentially result in significant losses for us in a very short time. Our platform operates differently from traditional gambling sites, and the nature of our raffle games, which involve participation from joined users, means that offering substantial bonuses could quickly deplete our funds easily.

Regarding the minimum withdrawal limit, we have no plans to increase it. In fact, we may even explore reducing it in the future. It's important to understand that our platform operates on a game of chance against fellow players, not against the website itself. We generate revenue solely through commissions, ensuring transparency and fairness in every game.

It is good to see this. But how can we know that you are not here to scam?

You have begun with having a copper membership which is good.

How it is easy to know that a platform is not planning to scam is if the platform is advertising to encourage people to join. It gives the platform reputation and scammers do not have such habit than to scam people without wasting any money.

Are you planning on having signature campaign on this forum and do other things to promote your gambling site?

Hi, thank you for your reply. You're absolutely right; we've started with a Copper membership, however, our mission is solely to operate on commission without any plans to take anyone's money. We're committed to transparency and openness, which is why we'll always keep this thread open for discussions about users' experiences with the website.

Additionally, to demonstrate our commitment to fairness and accessibility, we're currently offering a free $1 sign-up bonus for our next 100 players. Our minimum withdrawal amount is also set at just $5, further showcasing our dedication to ensuring that no one gets stuck with unattainable withdrawal limits.

We firmly believe that actions speak louder than words, and by actively encouraging people to join and providing thoughts and experiences, we aim to build trust and credibility within our community. Thank you for your insight!
