Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Invacio?
A: My name is William J.D. West, and I’m the Founder of Invacio.

Yet as we came to understand how completely an ICO accords with the values that lay at the heart of the company — with our concern for privacy, security, innovation, and inclusiveness — it quickly became obvious that an ICO was by far the most appropriate route for the company to take. The ethics and desire for transparency made it virtually impossible to go with a traditional capital raise.
I can’t say it’s been perfect…(we hit a little speed-bump when the market dropped in early February) but overall we are very pleased.
Q: Could you tell us something more about your ICO?
A: Gladly! We are very excited by the response we’ve had so far.
We came out of the gate strong, but with little previous ICO experience, we made a few mistakes. Not enough marketing budget spent in the right places, combined with one of our major marketing and advertising resources (Facebook) blocking ICOs only one day after we launched the Pre-sale! We took the market downturn as an opportunity to hit the pause button and reset our strategy.
So far, it looks like it was the right move, we’ve picked up our previous momentum and are adding new accounts, and people to our Telegram group faster than any time until today!
The coins are $1.00 and we have a bonus scale starting at 50% that slides to 10% over time as the Pre-sale goes on. That is, you can buy 100 coins for $100 (our minimum purchase) and you would receive 50 bonus coins- as it sits today. Watchful for any potential regulatory changes, and sensitive to the potential global ramifications of the recent adoption of crypto currency by certain countries and banks, we are developing our own Blockchain — built for speed, privacy, stability, and security — to suit our future plans.
To this end we have teams in place looking at the applications of Blockchain to distributed-AI, and also at work testing ways that we can establish a Blockchain able to work off-grid. Just as our current fintech tests have been, all research after a certain point in development will be conducted with the greatest possible (and practical) transparency.
In consequence of the research done by the Applied Tech division at Invacio Labs, Tamius is able to offer a military grade, secure and free-to-operate, online communications framework that will allow transactions to be conducted even in the remotest and densest of environments.
WeNet does not require the internet infrastructure, nor does it require a cellular network. Instead it uses ingenious methods to create a stable and portable internet gateway, in areas with zero internet connectivity. WeNet offers completely secure, stable, independent end-to-end encrypted communications systems for voice, video, financial and data communications in areas where this would be otherwise impossible.
Q: What makes Invacio unique and what is the company’s long term potential?
A: The ability to scale to the required size and deploy a specific module to serve the required network or segment is unique in the technology world, and garnered us an opportunity to unveil our system to the United Nations ESCAP when our Government Liaison, Michael J. Aumock was invited to speak at the FDI meeting in Nov, 2017. It was a rousing success, and helped set in motion the events that brings us here today.
Invacio presented the UN the many potential uses of our multi-agent system A.I. including the ethical generation of wealth and the management of disaster relief situations. This honor has allowed Invacio to begin forging ties with several national governments, and has opened the door for discussions regarding putting our technologies to work in the international arena.
Invacio therefore comes to this ICO in the unusual position of having already aroused international governmental interest, and, with fully conceived plans for the further development of several of our divisions (including the incorporation of Blockchain technologies into our distributed AI and transactional services, and the refinement of the ways our core-AI.
This existing international interest from both private and public sectors, combined with a well-funded roll-out plan and a clear, ethical mandate for the road ahead make Invacio a safe bet for the future. We acknowledge that our goals are a bit lofty, but what is A.I. if not the loftiest goal of all.
Q: What are your plans for next six months?
A: The next 6 months (and the 12 months or so after that) will see us launching several new products. We have already given our ICO participants access to INVmail, our zero-knowledge, encrypted communications system with burn capability.
Post ICO you will see us focusing on two areas for the next two quarters. First there is DATA, which is used to support fintech (Agnes, Archimedes and Aquila, our hedge fund) and disaster relief, as well as being basically the core of the A.I.
Second, is the Madhav Blockchain. This will include rolling out Tamius and wrapping that technology around the WeNet mechanics to begin to address the “Unbanked billions” around the globe and finally allow them to be part of the global economy. This amazing technology, which basically allows the internet to travel, completely encrypted, over radio waves similar to a walkie-talkie, will give even the most remote villages and peoples a way to connect with the rest of mankind, bringing education, knowledge and the ability to learn, to the people who for no other reason than being born someplace remote, have never had access to it before. Invacio’s future is bright, because we can brighten the future of these people, around the world.

A letter to William from another one of his victims

On 11th May 2019 an Invacio token holder wrote the following message/letter to William in his Invacio Telegram group (see below) As with anyone who questions William the author was instantly banned from the group and the message was deleted. If anyone else would like to speak out against William West, please contact us and we will share your story.
William:
You say it is the token holders responsibility to create awareness. No it is not. It is your responsibility. You created this company. You started this ICO. You made promises and you received the funds. And I don’t understand what is so difficult about giving your products and your (sic) groundbreaking AI to independent researchers, to journalists, to real influencers? Surely, if they are anywhere near is good as you claim they would be delighted to look into them and give them raving reviews. Unless, of course they aren’t what was promised.
Well now, all of that is too late anyway as you left the company, which according to you was never led by you? How is that even possible? Of course, you argue that Invacio was never lead by you, that Invacio AAP was without staff and CEO the entire time. Well, whatever you think, you can’t just hide behind your made up legal structure of companies pointing fingers at AAPs, Ltds and holdings. No one put money into a Seychelles AAP without a leader. They put it into you and Invacio. They put it into promises you made. What they got has very little to do with what you promised during the ICO. Now that everything has gone down the drain you have left the building. A far cry from the self portrayed image of an independently wealthy philanthropist who builds a company and creates an ICO so the masses can participate.
Well done! I hope you are proud of yourself. Btw do you remember what you said when Julian Hosp left TenX? You called him leaving his company an exit scam. What do you call your own actions?

Letter from a token holder "How I was scammed by William West"

I wanted to write to you to tell my story on how I was scammed by William West. I would appreciate it if you kept my identity anonymous as William West has my GDPR data. He has very vindictively used the private data of ex token holders to doxx, harass, slander and threaten them. I don't want to be another victim!
In April 2018 I decided to dig into my savings and purchased a number of Invacio tokens during their ICO. Tamius and Aquilla were the main two reasons why I purchased the Invacio tokens. Tamius was Invacio’s flagship product/service. It was the first listed in their WP and was heavily marketed during the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) token sale. It was very exciting since Tamius was advertised as a complete banking service powered by the blockchain, merging both crypto and fiat currency. The underlying technology behind crypto currency is the blockchain. The Tamius product was the only Invacio product directly linked to blockchain technology. I was particularly interested in supporting companies that made use of this technology and wanted to be part of it. Taking this into account, Tamius was the main reason why I purchased the tokens. To add to this, its full release was only a matter of weeks away which further influenced my decision to purchase tokens. Invacio claimed that Tamius was 70% completed and due for full roll out in Q2 –Q3 2018.
After the ICO had ended, the main Invacio telegram group was shut down without warning by Invacio. At this point i was invited to join a new telegram group run by some Invacio token holders. It was here I made contact two ex team members of Invacio. These gentlemen helped with the marketing literature for Invacio and they both independently told the group that Tamius was nothing more than an idea in the head of Williams West (CEO). Both claimed nothing had been done in the development of Tamius. When I asked them why it had been advertised as 70% complete, they explained it was because William West had insisted it to be advertised as such. They claimed that Tamius was no more than an idea in Williams head. They told me that it had become abundantly clear that William West was a con man and they didn't want to be associated with a scam company, hence their reason for leaving.
A few months after the ICO, Invacio informed the public that the Tamius project had been shelved for good. As far as I can tell not a single thing was ever done to develop the banking solution that was supposedly 70% complete in January 2018. Invacio did produce a wallet in which you could store your Invacio tokens. It should be noted that this can be produced by a competent coder in a matter of days. You can also buy wallets off the shelf which I suspect is what Invacio did. Many crypto currencies produce wallets for their token holders and they are all free to use. The Invacio wallet (also free to download) has since been shelved because it was simply a terrible wallet. The fact the entire Tamius project has been ditched is not at all surprising to me and it proves my fears were warranted. I would also argue it strongly suggests the testimony of multiple ex Invacio team members to be truthful. This is one of many examples where in my opinion Invacio have grossly misrepresented themselves in order to entice investment for the financial gain of William West and his company.
The second product/service that sold Invacio to me was their hedge fund named Aquilla. The White Paper claimed that Aquilla was 100% competed and due for full roll out in Q2-Q3. Invacio described Aquilla as being “a hedge fund governed by human equity management” that employed “the full power of Invacios multi-agent AI, Invacio Data and fintech divisons”. The reason I was so interested in Aquilla was because Invacio had promised those that bought a certain minimum of tokens would receive actual share equity in the company Invacio Holding (UK) Ltd in return. This was a major draw to me since hedge funds can be extremely lucrative and I wanted to own a piece of it. Also, it’s not every day you are presented with the opportunity to invest in a hedge fund. This really excited me and the fact the WP advertised the hedge fund as being 100% completed led me to believe it was all set up and ready to go. How wrong I was.
I soon found out that Invacio had completely misled me. There was no hedge fund at all. The truth is, a few Invacio staff and friends had entrusted an associate with a few thousand dollars to invest in the forex market for them. However, the whole thing went pear shaped. The rumor goes that he either lost all their money in the market or ran off with it prior to the ICO. Either way the whole thing was an epic failure. Despite this terrible experience, Invacio decided that they now had a working hedge fund - Aquilla
William West and Invacio knowingly misrepresented Aquilla in order to gain investment form unsuspecting individuals like myself. Had I know the truth there is no chance I would have invested. As I have already stated, Aquilla was very attractive to me since I would essentially own a small piece of its success by way of the C Class shares I was to receive. As it turns out I was never given the equity in the form of C class shares in Invacio Holdings (UK) Ltd as set out in part 2 of the contract agreement. In fact nobody has received any equity in this company as it was dissolved in November 2018.
Another major reason why I invested into the Invacio project, was on the back of the news that they had received a massive investment from an unnamed outside party to the tune of 500 million dollars. This was big news to me and was a huge driver and confidence boost that Invacio really had something special. If someone was willing to invest such vast sums of money my thinking process was that they must have carried out an inordinate amount of due diligence before committing to such a large investment. This gave me the confidence to actually pull the trigger and make my purchase. Not only this but on the back of this huge investment Invacio had slashed their hard cap which stood at $100 million by over two thirds, making the token economics of the project very attractive to me.
It turns out that this was another massive lie by Invacio. The hype factor Invacio employed by concocting this falsehood worked and I was suckered in as I'm sure many others were. I thought I was investing into a well established legitimate company who was on the verge of signing massive government contracts. I really believed that an outside party had actually invested $500 million into the company. I feel like such a fool now for believing them.
As is the case with all those investors who paid $1 per INV token as i did, we lost nearly all our money. William West didn't care a damn. I applaud Crypto Clover for exposing him. How William West has the nerve to point fingers at other projects such as ARB is beyond a joke.

After the ICO had ended, the main Invacio telegram group was shut down without warning by Invacio. At this point i was invited to join a new telegram group run by some Invacio token holders. It was here I made contact two ex team members of Invacio. These gentlemen helped with the marketing literature for Invacio and they both independently told the group that Tamius was nothing more than an idea in the head of Williams West (CEO). Both claimed nothing had been done in the development of Tamius. When I asked them why it had been advertised as 70% complete, they explained it was because William West had insisted it to be advertised as such. They claimed that Tamius was no more than an idea in Williams head. They told me that it had become abundantly clear that William West was a con man and they didn't want to be associated with a scam company, hence their reason for leaving.
A few months after the ICO, Invacio informed the public that the Tamius project had been shelved for good. As far as I can tell not a single thing was ever done to develop the banking solution that was supposedly 70% complete in January 2018. Invacio did produce a wallet in which you could store your Invacio tokens. It should be noted that this can be produced by a competent coder in a matter of days. You can also buy wallets off the shelf which I suspect is what Invacio did. Many crypto currencies produce wallets for their token holders and they are all free to use. The Invacio wallet (also free to download) has since been shelved because it was simply a terrible wallet. The fact the entire Tamius project has been ditched is not at all surprising to me and it proves my fears were warranted. I would also argue it strongly suggests the testimony of multiple ex Invacio team members to be truthful. This is one of many examples where in my opinion Invacio have grossly misrepresented themselves in order to entice investment for the financial gain of William West and his company.
The second product/service that sold Invacio to me was their hedge fund named Aquilla. The White Paper claimed that Aquilla was 100% competed and due for full roll out in Q2-Q3. Invacio described Aquilla as being “a hedge fund governed by human equity management” that employed “the full power of Invacios multi-agent AI, Invacio Data and fintech divisons”. The reason I was so interested in Aquilla was because Invacio had promised those that bought a certain minimum of tokens would receive actual share equity in the company Invacio Holding (UK) Ltd in return. This was a major draw to me since hedge funds can be extremely lucrative and I wanted to own a piece of it. Also, it’s not every day you are presented with the opportunity to invest in a hedge fund. This really excited me and the fact the WP advertised the hedge fund as being 100% completed led me to believe it was all set up and ready to go. How wrong I was.
I soon found out that Invacio had completely misled me. There was no hedge fund at all. The truth is, a few Invacio staff and friends had entrusted an associate with a few thousand dollars to invest in the forex market for them. However, the whole thing went pear shaped. The rumor goes that he either lost all their money in the market or ran off with it prior to the ICO. Either way the whole thing was an epic failure. Despite this terrible experience, Invacio decided that they now had a working hedge fund - Aquilla
William West and Invacio knowingly misrepresented Aquilla in order to gain investment form unsuspecting individuals like myself. Had I know the truth there is no chance I would have invested. As I have already stated, Aquilla was very attractive to me since I would essentially own a small piece of its success by way of the C Class shares I was to receive. As it turns out I was never given the equity in the form of C class shares in Invacio Holdings (UK) Ltd as set out in part 2 of the contract agreement. In fact nobody has received any equity in this company as it was dissolved in November 2018.
Another major reason why I invested into the Invacio project, was on the back of the news that they had received a massive investment from an unnamed outside party to the tune of 500 million dollars. This was big news to me and was a huge driver and confidence boost that Invacio really had something special. If someone was willing to invest such vast sums of money my thinking process was that they must have carried out an inordinate amount of due diligence before committing to such a large investment. This gave me the confidence to actually pull the trigger and make my purchase. Not only this but on the back of this huge investment Invacio had slashed their hard cap which stood at $100 million by over two thirds, making the token economics of the project very attractive to me.
It turns out that this was another massive lie by Invacio. The hype factor Invacio employed by concocting this falsehood worked and I was suckered in as I'm sure many others were. I thought I was investing into a well established legitimate company who was on the verge of signing massive government contracts. I really believed that an outside party had actually invested $500 million into the company. I feel like such a fool now for believing them.
As is the case with all those investors who paid $1 per INV token as i did, we lost nearly all our money. William West didn't care a damn. I applaud Crypto Clover for exposing him. How William West has the nerve to point fingers at other projects such as ARB is beyond a joke.

This tone was taken as we have already been attacked in the past as a result of poorly worded / understood announcments.
Saying we "had confirmation for Binance/Bittrex would be a complete missrepresentation, for one we made it abundantly clear during that period we had 0 intention of listing on Binance due to privacy constraints this was only resolved when we moved ops for Invmail from outside the EU zone, as such we applied and we are waiting, we've never stated we had been accepted (in public) though have had discussions with Binance related people, also scammers pretending to be Binance people which has only ever been discussed in private groups.
The same for Bittrex, we've never said we'd agreed listing, in fact i do not believe we even stated we'd applied, though i could be wrong on the second part (applied).
I say "we" in the past tense as this brings me on to the next part.
I have made it abundantly clear i am no longer actively involved with Invacio and its day to day operations, truth be told, i have visited its site(s) 3 times in this month, 6 times last month.
I am the Founder (Group) though again non-active, and reluctantly the person who appears to be the face due to the depths i am in debt with the project whilst all others have dissappeared with their riches or onto pastures green.
I stepped away, and made it abundantly clear that 'i' refuse to allocate any more intellectual ideas to Invacio Group, or any of its subsidaries.
You have been given technologies as promised, there will not be anymore from me, these were delivered, you have two more technology offerings coming in Veritas and API, that is it from me, more importantly my commitments have been honoured, and Invacio Group honours its contractual agreements to Invacio AAP Holdings for technology provisions, even if the unlikely event the company is sold or broken apart for its IP, these contractual commitments to Invacio AAP Holdings will be honoured and will continue to serve those products as outlined and committed to.
As to the future of the INV project, i will speak frankly, if INV can not gain grassroots movement from its token-holders then it will never survive, you have more products than any other project out there hitting multiple market segments, you also have one of the lowest cap tokens in the market for such an array of offerings and yet there is just a few active people talking about the project.
As to my position - I hang around here as i am still accumulating INV, I believe it has a place and stand from the side(s) supporting it, i also do own 2xxk INV from my team tokens, which i'd burn if i would see any benefit, but i also believe i earned those tokens, and its the little i have recieved for all my commitments that have been honoured.
Invacio AAP Holdings? - What next, Invacio AAP Holdings has a contractual agreement to provide utility and products from Invacio's technologies, it has done this, and these remain active, and will continue to do so with the last two products releasing shortly.
Marketing as mentioned many times, Invacio AAP Holdings committed to 14% of realised, it records show it spent well over 1m USD in crypto during the coinsale which amounts to more than four times the unrealised crypto funds that are currently sat tethered, if those funds rise on the markets then i am sure that is to be re-addressed but it won't be anytime soon.
I truly hope (for my sake financially and others) that INV is able to rise, and that people talk about the merrits of the project, but i am not leading that charge but encouraging it, i am not running Invacio AAP Holdings, it has governing rules to follow and has followed it, delivering on its promises.
