to invest better and better now because the price of all crypto coins is still low and now the market also starts to increase again, so if you invest now surely someday you will get a big profit
I have read so many times where people keep saying that "all time is good for investment".
Personally, I disagree with that statement, and I believe when you look at it from my prism you will also agree with me.
Take a look at this scenario and judge for yourself.
Mr March is a newbie in cryptosphere and he has $2000 he would want to invest in Cryptocurrency.
He also plan using the $2000 to sort out some financial needs in a months time.
After going through his friends suggestion regarding the coin he should invest on.....he went for April coin.
On checking the market price of April coin, it was discovered that the price is at it's all time high.
The coin was $3 before but $10 now.
Considering he only want to do a month investment.
Will it then be wise to ask him to buy the coin at the present price or wait for the price to fall ?
Do you still believe that all time is good for investment?

I think the statement is useless for now, this year and even for the next few years, some people have begun to think realistically about what actually happened in cryptocurrency so that everything even a kind of investment will also be a difficult thing.
All time is not good for investing! It is not all season one plant a seed and harvest. Remember that trading and investment has a face and you have to follow the face in other to be able to invest right. If investing is your desires you most invest knowing the accumulation and distribution faces of the investments cycles. You can only invest and make profits when the assets is at the lowest price and sell when it is at the high price.
Yeah, i agree there is no certain time to invest and so you can invest anytime there are circumstances that investment should be done after a long research and market study. There are just season for investment on cryptocurrency because of volatility and trend, just look at bitcoin it does not move everytime but it will anytime. 
I believe that one cannot be that stupid enough too to just jump into the market without studying the market, when it is written all over that the best time to invest in a coin is when it has bottom, although it doesn’t necessarily mean that it has to be when a coin bottom alone, it could be along the line too provided it has not reached all-time high price, because if we are to advise investment for only bottom price, a lot of investor will stop coming in till they witness another bottom once the current one passes which might slow down the growth in marketcap but I will still say ironically that all time is best provided the coin is not at its high price then.
I don't think it is failed because you can invest in altcoin which has a low price so you can get much amount and then hold it for a long time. The low price coins you should buy is the coins that have the potential to increase in a long time, and I am sure you can find those coin. But if you decide to invest in bitcoin for $10, then you don't make a big profit unless bitcoin price can increase more than $100,000 in the future. But I guess bitcoin price can get high in a long time.
It is very big misconception for those who think that we have to use the price of a coin to judge its achievement or usefulness, are we really expecting a coin price to keep growing till it become uncountable, they should please make me understand, so the coin should keep growing from $10 to 100 to 1000, to 1 million, to billion and then to trillion for one. What price will they ever be comfortable with ?For God sake, the coin was created for payment and not only investment, the ratio between buy and sell is what will determine the price of the coin, do we expect people to just keep buying and holding the coin without even making use of it for payment.
Let us take for example the fiat currency, the value of USD to our currency must have been stable for a very long time without it changing, does that mean that people have stopped using it?

It depends on what coin it is. Sometimes, its better if you read and do some research before investing on a certain coin. In this case, I don't think that I will invest in that coin because it went up already. There are so many coins to invest on and there are better and cheaper coins to invest on. Don't focus on one coin only. Do you still believe that all time is good for investment?

Yes in the first place you will not understand why they're all saying all the time is good to invest. Because it depends actually on the circumstance which is for example if you can afford the price and you saw that the coin has a potential then it's normal ppl will say invest all the time which no need to ask if you're really sure there's a future on it. Especially if the price is very cheap which a big opportunity so no need to ask and invest what amount you can afford to lose every time that what others want to point out IMO. According to me, he should wait for the price to drop or not to buy anymore. My experience says that when any coins grow strongly in a short period of time, it won't be able to grow once again in a short period of time.

Make invest in crypto will be good decision when crypto oversold and on uptrend, dont make invest in crypto after the price already high and the price increase multiple times. So invest in crypto according to trend of market but if we want to trade it, we can trade anytimes because in bearish trend we can make profit from short potition in margin trading.
TThat's happen to the trader last 2017 because they invested to the crypto when the value is very high. But we cannot blame them because even the price is high it is possible for the value to become higher and they will still get more profit if that happen but it will not happen because after the value of the cryptocoins increased almost 1 year they decreased also almost 1 year too and this year is good year for everycoins because they have chance to increase.
Of course, you can invest any time this is a good decision for you if you can do it at the right time. Always have a purposeful goal in us felling more interesting for our investment when the market goes to down.

Invest any time can be done at anytime you like to do, But of course you need to be careful in choosing business that you are going to invest in.
And always remember that investors will never invest if they know that they able to earn in the future. Because there are no investors that don't want profit of course all of them want profit.

You just buy bitcoin (or any coin you prefer) monthly instead of at once ? That way you can always have bitcoin at best prices and you DCA will always be closer to what it is right now.
Do not change how much you pay unless your saving chances, for example if you invest 100 dollars a month don't make it a 1000 dollars all of a sudden, keep at 100 dollars and put that 900 aside and you can invest 9 more months. That is what I have always done and it has worked perfectly for the 2018, I could have lost so much money if I invested all at once but I do not do it. Of course I had the opportunity of cashing out during $20k so I am a bit luckier than most people.
