that's a very good plan. Crypto does have a lot of profit opportunities. but as good as we also have shares in the real world. and who is thinking of selling all my profits in crypto to get started.

I prefer to invest in real estate compared to Bitcoin because real estate investment is safer and the value of every year goes up. Although Bitcoin is more beneficial but at risk I prefer a safe one.

I believe investing a huge part of funds must be done through real estate since the prices of crypto market hasn't been moving significantly compared last year and with that a huge cost must be put first in order to gain higher profit, Real estate investment is a sure profit investment in the future since we know that land doesn't depreciates. If currently a bull market is on the run i guess investing on btc is the best choice.

Nothing is without risk and it's way better to divide risk ( try not to put all eggs in one basket). IMO, dividing between bitcoin and real estate is better with more going to bitcoin of course

put our money in some basket , make us have different result from our invesment.we can take medium yield on real estate with relative small risk.mean while we have to put some our money in high risk invesment such as bitcoin and crypto.

I think both of them are really good for investment, I can't compare which one will be the best, I advise you to go for both of them, I mean by investing in both of them if you can arrange that, and if you want so much to buy some real estate then go for it, I am sure it will make a huge profit later.. as the value of the estate will increase in the future if you choose the right place.

it's up to you because only you can control your finances, if bitcoin prices are currently down and unprofitable then it does not matter if you move in real estate as long as it will provide profit for you, but you have to think again about the profit you will get if you hold bitcoin and bitcoin will increase again

You should depend on how you'll handle things. As you've said, you will buy a real estate company to make profit from it yearly so you're being startegic. You can also try investing on bitcoin while doing those things so that you can earn more profit as time passes by. Just always make sure you'll have a good time management.

That is my strategy as well, investing in real estate is fine but you need a lot of money, while investing in cryptocurrencies you can invest whatever you can afford and if you are patient the rewards you can get out of it are bigger than real estate and any other investment and if you got big enough profits you can then invest in real estate and diversify your investments in that way.

Starting real estates from the scratch needs some monumental efforts unlike bitcoin. You can start with as little as $100 and still have a good short at bitcoin investment. I doubt you can do same with real estate investment.
