Its advised not to put all your money in one basket. The risk involved in centralized investment is more that the expected profit. Though risk is inherent in every investment but i do advice you to split and invest in offline project(s) too. I am a fan of cryptocurrency and I do have a lot of investments in cryptocurrency like Bitcoin but if I will choose only one investment between these two then I would still go to real estate. Real estate is almost safe investments because they have an almost guaranteed return if you have a good property at a good location. Real estate is a lifetime investment so whether there is a economic depression, you can still make money through renting it out.
Investing in the real state is obviously a big margin profitable if you can manage it properly but you have to be very powerful and muscle power holder, otherwise real state investment would never ever bring any profitable thing, that's why Bitcoin platform is the most viable for the investment for the future purpose, for me, Blockchain system is the best for the future purpose because it's getting accepted around the world, I also hope that Bitcoin will be the most profitable and lucrative platform in the coming days, not only that but also It will be the key factor of the monetary platform in the future. so invest in Bitcoin would bring to you a good result in the future.

I don't know much about the real estate market in your country. But here it is like an inflated bubble, which can burst at anytime. The sale of new apartments is at an all-time low, and despite this the builders are not ready to lower their prices. A large number of projects are stuck right now and those who have invested in them have been left in limbo.
