50-100 % percent is very good, estate investments are profitable, more classic and safer, but why should you deny yourself investing in crypto? Just divide your budget and try different directions!
I completely regret since 2014. I already know bitcoin. I wish time would go back. Because if I adopt the bitcoin early its value is shoddy like at this point. It likewise the same with the real state. If we compare the bitcoin and the real estate on this age. My decision the investing in the bitcoin because there is great potential for the bitcoins to increase its value more than on the real estate. The development of the value is so quick you can get a ton of benefit.
I think we all regret not investing in bitcoin sooner, I also find out about bitcoin in 2014 but I did not bought any until 2015 and the worst part is that I spent it all and I did not got serious about it until 2016 if I had understood the tremendous potential of bitcoin from the very beginning I shoul have many times my current holdings, it is sad to say but I made a huge mistake back then.
Investing in Bitcoin is I think much more profitable and fast gaining compare to real estate investment there is a risk in bitcoin investment , but you must overcome this risk by simply ,be safety with your wallet , manage your time , plan your next move, because in real estate you will need bulk capital to start business and slower time of gaining compare to bitcoin.
Investing in bitcoins can make your wealth increase quickly, but you need to think about the risks you face. Real estate investment is a more robust way, and I will choose to invest the extra money in bitcoin.
of course I prefer to invest in bitcoin because I see bitcoin has a very good development and I see bitcoin can also generate profits very much because the movement of bitcoin prices are very fast as the current price of bitcoin collapsed is the right time to buy bitcoin.
Bitcoin now has a little down and for me investing in it is better rather than real estate, you could monitor its value, you could sell it or buy more in some minutes and everything is faster and easier, what is more you could earn more for me in shorter time than buying any other real estate. 
In my opinion, investing in bitcoin is a lot better than investing in real estate. First of all, you can monitor the flow of bitcoin, you can monitor everyday, or every minute. Both are risky, but in real estate your profit is slow and low, while in bitcoin your profit will be high than you expect and it's fast to earn. In bitcoin, it's your responsible if you lose or win, because you control your money in it, unlike in real estate.
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).
Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Bitcoin's value is a very confusing thing but you should make a decision right away if you see it going down, it can be a good opportunity to start investing. On the other hand, investing on a real estate while investing on bitcoin can be a good thing since you wouldn't have to rely on a single investment if ever one had a trouble, it will also reduce the damage to you. Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Yes investment in bitcoin is really better than the investment in real estate. We know from the beginning that price of real estate grow in value but the price increase with a slow motion and the investors have to wait for a longer time and sometimes it happens that the investor choose for a wrong place to buy and they do not find the better results for their investment and they sell that place for a lose, so bitcoin is a better option for the investors.

I think you should be very smart about this. Investing on bitcoin and in real estate are both risky thing to do but you should make an act or else nothing will happen to your life. You can try both by splitting your money in half then observe on which do you think makes you the more money. Afterwards, focus on the one that proves you it's a good investment and keep on pushing hard to attain more profit. but in real estate invesment it have less risk than bitcoin.as you said that bitcoin price often to collapsed and it can make our money reduce much.actually both of them give us same big oppportunity. You can actually do both if you are having enough money to do that. Because I can't say that you should just invest in only one because those two investment are so important. Once you invest in real estate it is physical and you have the papers you can inherit it to your child and in bitcoin/btc you can inherit it too.
Investing in real estate can't provide you unexpected income but investing in bitcoin can provide you unexpectedly high income. This is the main difference between these two options. I would select bitcoin investment.

The benefits you might get in the short term may be more on bitcoin because of the bitcoin price fluctuations that you can use to make a profit. but real estate is very good and safe for long-term investments. every year real estate prices continue to rise due to increasing population factors. so I'll choose both for investment actually
For the good of course I will split the money into different types of investments, bitcoin and real estate are 2 different investment types but worthy of our choosing, I will make bitcoin to get big profit and in a short time, and real estate is for the security of the future.
On bitcoin you can in the short term to increase investments, but in the short term can be investments to lose.... Real estate is a slow but more stable accumulation...
100% profit per year?? are you going to sell drugs&guns or what? If I had possibility to get 100% profit without any risks I would go all in
But i think you should invest in legal ways which are provide you more profits so that's why bitcoin is the best and perfect way to invest your all money because it will give you a lot of profit and that's why you can start any business for easy and comfortable life.

The best solution should be portfolio investment. Real estate is a stable growth project. Investing in real estate in big cities is easy to make profits. Of course, this requires more capital. Investing in BTC can make your wealth grow fast. This takes a long time. Patience is the most important among these two investments.
