In my opinion, in any form of investment, we all have the power to proactively own and hold them. Gold holds gold. USD can hold USD. Bank certificates of deposit. Real estate hold real estate certificate ... Each person can choose a suitable field of ability. Real estate, you need a really big fund to be able to launch the plan. Meanwhile, bitcoin and crypto are like a savings deposit. Anyone can join. In addition, the strength and appeal of hierarchical supply is still capable of creating wealth for us.
Investing on Bitcoin is riskier than investing on Real Estate because if you invested on real estate you can do long term or earn a passive income every month just like Buying your own Condo, Apartment, Commercial Space and Etc. You can earn with it every month but if you want a long term buy your own house and decorate it and wait for a time to appreciate it by a buyers and sell it for a big bucks but Bitcoin is more profitable than investing on real estate because of it's price changes every days, weeks or months but so riskier.

Invest in bitcoin first so you will have a better or a higher chance to make fast money so you can grow your money fast and earn at least 100% of return from it from just holding your bitcoin and then when the time came that you think that you had enough money to buy multiple real estate properties then invest to those properties and have a passive income.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Buddy, if you are guaranteed to get your 50-100% per annum this is cool! It's just that the crypto currency has spoiled everyone with its high profits. Everyone thinks that if bitcoin made 10x in 2017, then it will continue to be so. And if not? What then? I think we should not look back, but think ahead.

In my own opinion, investing on cryptocurrency is more profitable because the price can grow in just a few amount of time or maybe just months and you can cash out the money immediately without any problem.
I'm going to extract some of the profits from bitcoin and invest in real estate.
But investing in real estate is safer than investing in bitcoin, but the only problem with real estate is that you need a lot of money to start.

Most of the people would definitely prefer real estate as they would get convinced with the fact that real estate is physically hardy matter.
but the problem is not all people have a big money to buy real estate and we need to search which real estate that will give us a big profit and we need to also wait for a month or more so we can sell the real estate to get profit. but if we invest in bitcoin, we can do this with any amount money but we need to be patient if we want to sell the bitcoin in the highest price because the price is not always in a high price. maybe if we can get succeeded in investing in bitcoin then we can use that money or that profit to buy real estate.

Currently I do not have much money to invest in real estate, so I invested my money in BTC, although I know that investing in BTC is a big risk, but it gives I am very profitable, when I get a lot of money then I think I will transfer 70% of the money I am into real estate.
You are telling the truth, man. If the guys are eager to have Bitcoins, it is better to invest in the cryptocurrency now. Real estate is too much expensive as for me.
Personal opinion for the real estate investation is kinda promising for the future of our kind. Again, we couldn't just depend on 1 investation nor income. Its best for you to split what you gain and have into some different investation. Who knows that real estate you've just been invested bring you such a fortune in near future. Same as bitcoin. I suggest have a part of invesment in BTC and then make an investment also in Real Estate., Its better to have more investment so that in the future, more earnings would be given to you.
Exactly it is not like investing in bitcoin and investing in real estate are options that you cannot do the same time, the only problem is that both investments are very expensive and there is not a lot of people that have the money to invest in both, but if I had the choice I will invest in bitcoin simply because the chances to obtain better profits are higher in bitcoin than in real estate.

Both are good but if you have more in Bitcoin then you convert it to cash and invest in real estate. Real estate is also a good investment. Atleast you may have something from your bitcoin earnings. And as far as your bitcoin investment is concern, your remaining investment will eventually earn in the future.
Investing with real estate is a good choice, since it was an investment way before bitcoin even existed. One other thing, try investing in other coins, there are a lot of ICO's today but with enough patience, you'll surely earn with it as well.
