I would say that ethereum is a safer invest then bitcoin. So always hold some ethereum in your portfolio.

I think we can invest in ethereum for this time because ethereum price is down so we can buy as much as we want but always to analyze the price or the trends so we could buy at lower price. the ethereum price now it seems to want to go down because the candle still changing from red to green and back to red again. we need to determine how much the good price that we can buy ethereum so don't have cut loss if somehow the price is down too far.
Is the time right to invest in ethereum or is it at a bad time? 
ethereum has more potentials than any crypto currency, even bitcoin. because lot of ICO projects are in base of ethereum smart contract. meaning the demand of ethereum will grow more than you expected. its rapidly growing in silence. meaning investing in ethereum can give/generates more profits in future than other crypto currency. sooner or later eth price will explode and skyrocketing again after some investors use this ethereum as a payment method on some other ICO projects.
