BTC has touched 5k5 a few days ago, it is the lowest in this down trend. This means that nothing will stop the BTC from going away. According to a technical analysis BTC may touch $ 2k. I really do not want to believe it, but maybe it will happen.
I suggest you wait more.

Yes, the prices are certainly low , but I think they can fall even lower , you just need to wait, but of course you can now buy 15% of the Bank of altcoins and bitcoin!

I think it only applies to coins such as BTC or ETH and the like, if for coins that are not too trustworthy I think it is very risky especially on new coins. but if your capital is only able to buy cheap coins that have not been so reliable, it is better to delay investment decisions to prevent deeper losses.

This is the perfect opportunity to buy, I suggest LITECOIN and PRG. There are other coins too that can do well but both of these coins have a decent future. Take a look at these two.

I'd rather invest in ICOs that have potential. Reliable team and a product available for deployment.

Incidentally, I heard about this wellness project called HiNounou and the team's really authentic and their product is already in demand. More so, their ICO is the most fascinating thing right now. No bonuses, so whales cannot stack up and dump - it's truly an amazing project. Check them out and do your own research too. I see it as a project emphatical on blockchain adoption and mainstream usage.

Ps. Aging population in some parts of the world is a serious problem and only platforms like these can become the panacea in the real world.
