Ethereum is right time to buy because now it’s in a stable stage around 680 to 760 next rise will be 1000$+ for sure so grab before it will get raise . Litecoin is pure pump soon will be dumped so wait for next big dump.
I think this is the best time to inter in altcoins because bitcoin hardfork will be done on 28 December and due to this bitcoin price will go more up and altcoin price is on the good stage to buy and after the bitcoin hardfork there will be a big boom in altcoin price and you have great chance to earn great profit and that is why i prefer to buy altcoin for good profit.
I agree with you, the prices of altcoins are very low now recently since both btc and ETH dropped a lot these days. I am sure the price will be higher soon since the price of usdt is very high, which means a lot investors are on the way.

OF course invest now! We dont know what will happen, this fast few days, weeks, months we are experiencing rising and decreasing of both altcoins and bitcoins, we dont know our luck.

Probably a good time to invest cause the prices are dropping including bitcoin cause of people over spending their money to christmas gifts and christmas shopping. These will be temporarily and the price may bounce back and go down again in new year. But if you can afford to invest now then go ahead if you dont, dont. you know what they say "only invest your money you can afford to lose."
Yes now it is a good time to invest, people are in holiday mood once they back to work then surely all coins price will get an increase. and don't expect a high drop in LTC and ETH price. These two coins went too far and what we see this is the stable price of these two coins.

You have plenty of coins to choose from dude. I believe eth will go to dip again based from what the indicators says. I am also waiting eth to go down further. Wait for the bullish btc and you will see what I am talking about.

I agree, this is the time to invest in altcoin, especially in bitcoin because i know when this year 2018 comes the value is much more higher than now, so don't wait for the lowest price, wait for the higher price and then sell it if you want to sell..
I suppose you need to invest in early 2018 bcz the cost is a little weakened now but I feel that soon many altkoins will become higher in price. You should invest in several coins. 
having the ability to invest now you may do that , just make sure some investigation within for it to not wasted your time for where you are able to invest , if you should wait it is good also but it may depends like, what you are waiting for what kind of waiting are you able to do for. so if you are able to invest you may do that now. There will be new dips so dont worry. For example most of altcoins were red yesterday. You can buy anytime or you can wait for a new dip point. But dont forget this is just a beginning for altcoin world. Next year prices will be much higher compaaring with now.

When it comes to investment, I would probably just analyze everything before I get into it. Now, we are dealing with cryptocurrencies which are volatile. So, we need to consider the factor about it's volatility. When the value of the coin is low that is the best time to buy, and then wait for it's value to rise. This is the most effective way of investment.
If you are intending to HODL, it is the best time to invest now. There is no point trying to time the market. Just HODL and look at the prices in a few years time.
