In bitcoin? I probably wait until dip because right now I don't think this is the right time to invest because btc is in huge amount but somehow I buy in retail price so its not big enough for me.

That is a tough question to answer, but it depends.
For me personally, I am investing in certain concepts and projects that I truly believe in, has a great team, and other fundamentals.
For example, I invested in Digipulse. Low token supply, token burn in April, Beta just came out last week, a unique forward thinking concept, first mover in this space, listing on a reputable exchange soon, I mean the list absolutely goes on and on. And in a bear market, most people will just hodl, but again it all depends. And in a situation like this a bear market is to your favor you can sometimes scoop up great tokens for a cheap price.

Now market is in flat position, but i think that it is a trap and we will see a new dump soon. So, i would be better wait for low prices and then buy.

split your funds into several coins, pick the best that you think it has low price. Don't worry about the market, they will be always volatile and nothing you can do about it. Just watch the chart and market, then you will find out the trends.
No time lilke the present, especially if you're planning to hodl for the long term it won't even matter much when you invest - go for it!
In my own opinion, now is the best time to invest in all of those altcoins or to any other crypto currecies out there, the crypto market is still bleeding out and almost all of those good altcoins and crypto currencies out there are very much under valued so you better start buying in all of them right now because I'm sure next month or so they will be starting to increase it's market value and soon enough you will hit it big time.
Most probably people here prefer to hold and wait, being wise but afraid risking investments. Salute to those people who take risks investing in such crypto currencies not bearing the knowledge that its unpredictable stake will be its advantage towards the upcoming future. Would you always be afraid of taking risk? No. Start being wise now, how can you prosper if you'll be afraid taking risk.

I actually disagree. I think the market is still dropping. I think things could go lower here over the course of the next few months. Time will tell though

Another dip may not come by anytime soon. the prices aren't too high yet so i think its still a good time to invest

I think it is a good choice to buy now and then you just need to wait for the market to recover. You have a good portfolio, so you do not need to withdraw funds. Altcoins are no longer so strongly attached to bitcoin, especially for ethereum
