i think this is the best times to invest altcoins. bitcoin recovered a bit but in order to recover alts bitcoin have to stabilize for a time and it will happening now . if bitcoin goes 10-11 k this week alts will rise

Currently you are at better position because you are at another dip where you can buy bitcoin , etherium both of them at very low price because at one side bitcoin is at very low price of 50% in comparison to the price of end of year 2016 and at another side etherium is also at dip of 0.02btc down per etherium ( currently price is 1eth = 0.08btc ) so better to buy them if you want make profit suddenly in near time .
And also you should not wait for next dip Because I don't think you can easily get next dip , currently market is stable at dip and can start to go up soon .
Besides these coins you can go for another altcoins like etn , zcl coin which are better to invest now at this small dump .

All of us who are into trading altcoins came to that points missing a pump or dump. There would be no perfect time actually, and you just need to trust your own decision, provided a proper research, observation and analytic is performed before making a move. I think now is the right time to invest considering that prices go down then hold it for the long term since most probably it will go up again. Just don't easily get upset or discouraged to sell it immediately when prices will still goes down.Learn to wait the right timing so that you can gain big.

If you invest for long term you can join everytime you want. Bitcoin took deep already 1 month ago. It will not back to this price i think. So its up to you of coure. In my pinion next time minimum will be around 9000$
