I think for now is better to invest. The dip is so deep. The prices as expected will rise on the 3rd quarter of this year.
It's the best time to invest I think, its just like the coins are all in sale, its the best time to collect good coins then wait until the market recovers but remember there is always a risk.

Everytime we invest is very risky. No investment are safe. So better to take the risk rather than not to get profit if investment is very successful it will return to you. I believe it is good go buy or invest altcoins and wait for a while to get arise to the price we want before we will sell it.
All major cryptocurrency are selling at very good bargain at this time! This is the right time to take advantage of all these low prices on many quality coin! I am buying bitcoin, etherrum, eos, komodo etc!

You know man. Investing now is not risky. What is riskier is investing on a sky rocketing market because it is more likely to fall faster and harder. NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME TO BUY.

There is too much risk if you'll buy altcoins when its price has fallen but a lot of people waits for the bitcoin price to go down so they could get the advantage and chances of buying it. That's a strategy that could help you gain more profit.
I think that now is a very good time to invest meney in crypto currency, because price for alcoins are pretty low. But, as for me, it would be better invest not all money right now, and some part of it. In case, if price will become even lower than now.

It's too risky to buy altcoins when it's price fall but many people wait bitcoin price down so they can buy it. I treat bitcoin and altcoin in dfferent ways.
Not telling you what you should do but will tell you what I'm doing I pulled out some of my holdings even though it started going down because I have the feeling this downtrend is going to continue for the next few months we will hit a bottom and then it will skyrocket again (maybe 1 year maybe 3 years IDK) but I think it is going to keep going down so IMHO I am waiting and watching before I start throwing more money at this market

in my mind, Do not wait any longer, because the market is now down, so now is the right time to buy it, and sell if the price meets the target you want.
so it's a better investment now to wait for a favorable price position.

Invest better at the bottom of the price. I would suggest waiting until the price starts to grow a bit and then it's better to buy.
wait until the end of the month to invest in altcoin or bitcoin, and hold it until you get the profit you want.
