I think ETF will not be approved because some expert say that average people do not have such huge investment that he will buy ETF and bitcoin as well. In my mind I think that the main thing is bitcoin not ETF. I want to use bitcoin as my regular currency throughout the world. For business I have many other options. I don’t need ETF and will never put my money in it.
Bitcoin prices may fall for a while, you don't have to worry too much, I think if Bitcoin reaches $6400 again you can make a purchase!

I also hopeful about the future of bitcoin, but the current situation tell that in this year it is not possible because of the rough market situation. Everything is red today and there is no green signal in these days. Therefore I think the price will increase but it will take long time. Just wondering what the price was when OP asked this question. I'm sure it wasn't this low. If only we can be accurate in our predictions and guess-work. I think then (March) was the best time, while now (October) is the right best time. However be ready to hold if things go south.

I think buying right now is a great idea but caution would be advised. I had a friend who sold his car to buy bitcoin and make money and that was during December so you can guess what happened to him. So, I know it won't drop as much as that again from this price I am sure of it but I think if you are going to buy it would be reasonable to buy with %40 of your bankroll, after that if you feel like it dropped couple percent and not looking like going down again you can buy another %20 or so. Keep doing this if it drops, if it goes up sell all of them and wait for it to drop again and keep doing this in a repeat cycle.

Why wait for that time if you can ever buy today at lower price. Don't ride on the hype and decide that you'll only buy by that time, its FOMOing and that's not a good strategy in trading.

It is more advisable for one to buy bitcoin now and other cryptocurrencies. The current price is provide us an opportunity to buy bitcoin at a very cheap price. We are going to have good price in days to come and for those that are able to hold there is no way there are not going to make money.
