I have invested my coins in Poloniex for trading and I find it very genuine site and there is less chance that it can get hacked in future and that site allows me to grow my coins.
I think the chances for dikes let alone poloniex quite possible that there is a third party which is very likely the owner went out and brought all bitcoin user have? so do not facilitate it? Do not keep too many bitcoin in a third party site

Im a newbie and i can't affort to invest bitcoin right now because i don't have capital yet to start investing agian im trying my luck on trading website where i can slowly grow or earn profit there once i get enough capital to start investing then im going to trust some gambling site to trust my money with.

Invest your bitcoins into gambling sites is quite good though, but i'm not 100% sure, because it's like a gambling though. My advice is don't invest into gambling sites for long term.
I am a trader and I can afford to trust only Poloniex from your list of sites, as I am a part of this site since long time and I am sure they will not scam their investors.
Ditto. I'm really only familiar with Polo on that list. The other ones, while they may be functioning properly right now, are questionable to me. That could just be plain ignorance on my part, but you know damn well some of these places are just Ponzis. Even Poloniex may end up scamming one day. Nobody thought Cryptsy was going to until the last year or so (correct me if I'm wrong). People cry wolf all the time, but you just don't know. 
those sites might be good for investment options but i personally will avoid lending because the profit is too low and i have a plan to invest at gambling sites in the near future but maybe my choice will between Moneypot.com or Crypto-games.net
investing in gambling I think it would be quite risky? because you have the possibility to lose? different when you invest in lending. you could ask for greater assurance. so when he does not pay you could sell it and still guarantee a profit? Nothing is risk free. I think casino returns make it worth to take the risk. You can be in negative for a year if invest in casino. If invest at the wrong time. P2P lending i have bad experince with alot of problem with people not pay. But margin lending on poloniex have had good experince since people need put up amout for margin trade and when get close to negative their holdings get sold and paid out to lenders. Just not put all in one bag=)

I make investment just on trading altcoins on poloniex, but i don't use margin trading or make investment in it, due to it is high risk. But sometime i make investment on gambling website usualy in bitvest with low amount bitcoins due to it is high risk too.
Trading coins is speculation=) Buy for sell it more expensive later. I not have skills to speculate=) So i keep investing instead.

Yes poloniex is a nice and safe place to invest. But when interest rates get low i withdraw to put other places.

Most casino takes 10-50% of profit or expected of profit in fee. It works 2 ways , some casino take take fee from profit only, some casino takes fee from how much is wagered. Many site have 0.1 limit and some have less as minimum investment. Casino profit can be from loss to 100% in a year. Its big variiance. No extact number. But from my experince i would guess around 30-50% yearly is normal/avrage.
i only make investment on poloniex to lending some bitcoin to traders and i have a good experience with poloniex. although i only get small return, i think for me its really good for future. in other site that OP mention, i don't make on that site. maybe later i will trying to invesment on that site.
If it makes you sleep good at night go for it. Not worth invest in site that makes you worry. Poloniex have good rates now. But i would put betking.io over polonies on safety.
