I've tried the site on my desktop, both laptops and my smartphone and works on all of them. also have seen many players at the site. what isn't working?

I think for someone who is already playing with that kinda coin would appreciate a guaranteed 1btc bonus (win or lose), and mod is just kinda showing appreciation. 500btc wager is not that much when you think about it. A player with just a few btc balance could easily do that depending on their play style and luck.
