I used them ok devil got my payout when it said and it was all ok,

i have seen them working on the site sometimes error's in the user panel but as far as i can see its seems ok.
i spoke with support a few times and they gave me answers to my questions.

I feel this is being dragged down the wrong route. for a start this topic is in the wrong section. I have no idea who moved it but this is not gambeling or a investor based game. This is a serious offer to sell hashing power @ Profit!  With the pump in the price and the looming 12.5 reward we are looking to secure some aditional funds to further our project (known as working capital)

Hence we are offering up our pool power to users to help us continue and push forward with our project,  We fully understand your questions but I feel you are just bashing us without so much as looking at our info or trying our service.

We are here to answer support question's and build reputation in the marketplace not to be spammed with inaccurate information by someone who thinks they are the internet police.. Which to be honest from our point of view seems very hostile and uncalled for..

Which shows 17TH/s . . .

I mean 15TH/s of your own hash power, so you can only sell a maximum (when you're actually at 17TH/s) of 0.0272 BTC worth of total hash power before you have to then go and buy it from elsewhere and sell it on while still making it financially viable. Not gonna happen without fractional mining and ponzi payments.

1) No public mining address / no user selectable pool.

I think if you look above there is a mining address we posted it in the status on the very first topic.. It clearly shows the payments and the newly generated coins...

2) No endorsement from any asic vendor

We agree and we are currently in talks with a vendor to have verified sales details published. We are a group of miners that have pulled resources together to bring this project so it is taking a little longer for all involved to get the required paperwork to verify all the equipment we have at our disposal but we aim to have this together in the next few weeks and will publish all relevant information.

3) No relevant pictures of their hardware and datacenter

Again we do not have all the miners under one roof so for us to have pictures of everything connected to our pool would be another large task but since it has been requested we will work on a datacenter FAQ and interactive section.

4) Open ended IPO / fractional reverse mining risk
Unless the cloud mining is operated by the asic vendor himself, you can not sell an unlimited amount of hashrate. Hardware takes (usually a long) time to order, arrive and deploy. Any company that doesn't limit sales or make public how much hashrate they sold vs what they have (provably) deployed should be considered  suspicious.

We make public all our stats they are available to review and check at any time. We also do not offer unlimited hashing that would be imposable!

5) Referral programs and social networking

We do not offer a referral system, We are already offering a fantastic service on the run up to the halving event, We feel we offer a good rate for advertising here on btctalk with our signature campaign.

6) Anonymous operators
If the operators are hiding behind whoisguard, provide no provable identity and especially when, like in some cloudmining cases, they use demonstrably false ID or company registration information, you have to be nuts to trust them with your money.

Not always true, In the surveillance and monitoring world we live in these days with risk's of hack attacks sometimes it's better to be as Anonymous as possible. This should not reflect on the service being offered we do use a guard to protect sensitive information from the public domain and to protect where we operate from.

7) No exit strategy
If you can't sell your position, you can't get your money out. That's the ideal case for a ponzi and allows it to run for a  long time.

So how do you rate on the above scale, then?

So your 'customers' send you a bitcoin and you send them back fractions of a bitcoin over a long period of time. Smells like ponzi to me.

Criteria to help you spot a cloud mining scam/ponzi.

1) No public mining address / no user selectable pool.
A cloud mining company that wont let you direct the hashrate to your pool of choosing and cant prove its actually mining bitcoins itself, is very likely a scam. There is no reason to hide mining address or not sign blocks. None.

2) No endorsement from any asic vendor
Asic vendors will gladly make a simple post to show the company in question is a significant customer of theirs. Its free advertisement for them and it helps their customer grow their business, so there is absolutely no reason they wouldnt. If a (cloud) mining company cant get any asic vendor to post such endorsement, you should assume they dont have any hardware to mine with.

3) No relevant pictures of their hardware and datacenter
There is no reason not to provide such pictures, except of course, if there is nothing to take pictures off. Mind you: pictures can be faked. Picture dont prove current ownership. So like all criteria listed here, by themselves they are by far insufficient proof.

Never trust anyone with a referral link in their sig.

There is no such thing as certain profit when it comes to mining, no one knows how the network will evolve, or what btc exchange rate will do. If anyone could somehow be certain of making a 30% profit, they wouldnt need your money (and they wouldnt give the profit to you).

Surely you remember when that was? It was only a little over two weeks ago!

As for your signature campaign:

So you're not even paying people in bitcoin, you're paying them in made-up numbers you simply tap on to their 'account balance', hoping that because they are obviously self-selecting as the kind of suckers who see dollar-signs instead of common-sense they'll do the 'cloud mining' ponzi shuffle and want to 'compound' their 'profit' and 're-invest' it with you.

I seriously doubt that you will get many people signing up for a signature campaign for a month, chances are you may not be around in a month. 
People do be careful with this, any new service like this popping up especially now when bitcoin is on the rise should be treated with extreme caution.

If in doubt, leave it out.

Honestly never thought we would face such negative reviews without so much as any of you speaking to our staff at any point.
We understand that there are many robbers out there on the internet today but we have the power and proof of our network.

We have been involved in mining for over 2 years now. Accusing services that are trying to get off the ground solely down to there forum profile creation date is very poor in our eyes.

BE AWARE - InvestxMarkets is a very likely scam!
Investxmarkets is probably a scam. I am over 99.99% sure about this. Why? The first and biggest thing is that buying 1 TH costs 0.0016BTC, and that fees are only 0.0000057BTC in fees are taken, every day per TH. Nothing that suspicious at first glance, until you realize that 1 TH is expected to make around ~0.0025BTC daily, with the current hashrate and difficulty. That means you would ROI in one day! :O Why would they sell hash then, if they could make over 30% more by mining themselves? Because they can't! They probably don't have any hashing power, and is simply a ponzi or a scam to run with funds.


TLDR: 1 TH costs 0.0016 BTC, and 1 TH is expected to make 0.0025 BTC every day. Over 30% ROI in only one day? I think not.
