If take a good look at all the account present in the table you'll notice that they only participates in Article campaign. So if you are managing any bounty that has article campaign then you have to check you spreadsheet.
They always make POA or submit reports almost the same time.set by set
Most of the accounts are also connected to other accounts that has already been tagged as bounty cheater.I thought it won't be relevant adding them to the list.

You had provided a huge list and they are all not connected. There are several groups who are connected and each group consist with 2-4 or something like that account. And all the connection is base on the proof of poa. I think they are a group of people/team who are doing this. As you mentioned they are working on article campaign so it is not possible for someone to handle 145 accounts. The time is almost same as probably they are working with team and all the information is saved on their sheet.
