What are you guys experiences in investing in Yolodice? Is it worth trying? Did you make money or loose? I just started with the minimum amount, just to try. Maybe I will put in more later on.

After about a month I believe I've made around 7% returns

I didn't have the same luck but I didn't keep my investment for long since I had to use it for something else
I was positive with yolodice mostly

However recently all casinos were turning a negative profit for me so I gave up on bankroll investments
Even Crypto-Games, which were dealing the biggest profit for the longest time
SafeDice was mostly negative for me

But at first you were having profits, right? What is your overall experience with investing in Crypto-Games? Was it profitable in whole? I thought the site was very successful in the past, that's why I'm asking.

What is the point of asking? I believe every gambling investment sure profitable in the end. But as you know all investment bear some huge risk but not in gambling industry because what they really need to do is get as much profit as they can and they boost their profit by setting house edge. This is why you will profitable in the end so there is no need to worry about gambling investment

No, of course not. Far from that in fact. Only some gambling investments are profitable and most of them are not. I personally know two people who tried to run a gambling site and failed in the end. If it was that easy everybody would open a gambling site and become rich.

Nope, everything has it cost. Do you see the difference among profitable site and whose doesnt? I believe they still lack of something which is promotion, design, or may be bankroll which do not let anyone play big enough. There are so many factors which play role to determine your site are going to succeed or not

Merely opening and running a gambling site is not enough. There is a need for marketing, advertising, signature campaign, seo, and the like. Even big online casinos are offering some bonuses just to entice players to play on their site. You really need a big capital when you want to build a very successful online gambling sites.

If there was a chance to invest in primedice I would do that seem like the most profitable gambling site in bitcoin.

You could try my signature link.  Grin
They are full with this since they are one hell of the longest running gambling sites and really trustworthy.
But hey, there are also gambling sites that are giving their all to get that trust. Try Yolo and you might see features which is not in the other sites.

Indeed they're the most profitable gambling site, they won't accept public investment though, it's because they got sufficient funds to pay off users winnings. there are other sites you know where you can invest your btc,eth or ltc and profit. Wink

I believe that investing on gambling sites will be profitable at the end because the house edge is siding with the bookie, but the problem is the fear of investors. when they see the balance on their investment continues to diminish they panic and fear then they withdraw their investment from bankroll. so all they get is a loss? I think the key is to be patient when you invest in a casino site

Not true. Did you invest in moneypot bankroll investments or checked?

For a long time, investors are not making money from their investments so it is very important to check the site past performance before investing. There is no point in waiting for very long time to get small amount profit. If you're making losses for some time then it is better to move those funds to some other place. I also did same after I got around 20% losses from moneypot investments then I moved those funds to crypto-games and managed to recover my losses.

It isnt really good to invest in btc casinos.Invest in casinos is really risky but there are other type of sites like revenue share and ptc sites which have lower risk to invest.

Investing in casino is good if there is opportunity as long as that casino company is reliable or not a scam. Now a days more and more people are becoming gambler and it makes the casino owners happy so they will need more investors to sustain the operation just make sure the casino site you choosing are trust worthy or else they will run away with your bitcoin.

Systems/devs/people that are trustworthy most of the time are people who have made their name, reputation over the years. And researching on someone's background isn't that hard this time as technology can provide necessary information.

Here is some experience of investors:

SatoshiDice scam, 500+ Bitcoins defrauded and disappeared!

Hence, select your site to invest wisely! Google "name + scam" can also help. Wink

It is quite hard to find out what people are going to do in the future. They may be good now but later for some reason they may close the site. The best option is don't put all your money in any one site but diversify your funds. If any one site close also you will not lose all your money. To find out whether the site is good or not this forum has got a lot of resources to find out no need to go to google particularly to check gambling sites trust.

We should practice diversification in our investing. This is our way to mitigate risk when one of out investment vehicles is going down. Just like an example with betking, when you are just replying all of your money, investment, and gain to their site, it was just a short-lived due to their closing - although they have given back all of the coins of their investors..

Just like Betking happening they closed down there website and close there investments before but the biggest mystery is why they select to do that? while they are planning to came back in future and now they are running there own coin but I don't have any information if they where successful in there sale.
Betking ico has collected over $5 million, i think the ico is successful. you can view all the funds collected on betking.io, also you can read this (https://www.bitcoin-millionaire.com/business-betking/) interview to get answer for some of your question. anyways ico will be over in day!

And for Closure issue will not occur on there site where they invest there funds in much better if they will go directly on big sites so that a possible refunds will be get if they will choose to go down.

This is what scares me about gambling site investments. How can we prevent this from happening? The only thing we can do is go after them in their own jurisdiction which will be hard and probably impossible.

Though I would say that the satoshidice scam was isolated. What happened there was that the original owners sold it to the people that initiated the scam. If it was not sold to them then it could have not happened at all. I may be wrong, but that's my analysis of what happened there.
