Every coin or token has short-term potential. I personally won't deal with Bakac but I can only suggest that you put a small amount and treat it like your lottery ticket. You won't be in deep shit in case it doesn't pump and you'll still benefit if it does. Doge is like the one of the blue chips of memes so you'll most likely stay in profit if you buy now and wait for the next run.
