Hello Community,

I have 1500$ and i want to invest it crypto as holdings. What do us suggest invest it all on BTC or alts? Thanks

The amount of wealth you have will be best if you can invest in Bitcoin for a long period of time. Because the price of Bitcoin has already increased a lot in the span of just two weeks. In 2023, Bitcoin price may range from 40k to 42k dollar. So a few days ago was the time to invest the most. While the price of Bitcoin was between 24K and 25K dollar. However, there is a high possibility that the bull run will stop for a short period of time. So soon you will get opportunities to invest when the price of bitcoin falls and all properties you can invest in bitcoin. But remember not to put all your eggs in one basket, so you should store your assets in multiple wallets.

The best thing you can always do is put all your money in bitcoin and it could be that things can be done as you want, if you buy altcoins, it is your decision but they will not give you the same benefit if you put your money in bitcoin, bitcoin is the investment safest in the world, not altsoincs, they can fall and go to 1 usd even to zero quickly, because it is a way for it to rise very quickly, but it is unfortunate if you lose everything, it has happened to many altsoincs, it is difficult If you are left without any money due to a bad decision, don't complicate things, go to the safe ones and the safest thing is bitcoin over gold and any other investment.

It depends on the holding time frame but no matter the time frame investment in Bitcoin is always the best in the crypto market especially that alot of big investment giant companies are putting billions of dollars in Bitcoin spot ETF imagine that the price of 1BTC will be after billion of dollars is injected into the BTC market.

Starting with $1500 is a fairly large capital that we consider, I also started investing in bitcoin not that big just a few dollars every week but over time the portfolio is growing especially when the price is increasing.

Maybe you can start what you want including from the choice of bitcoin or altcoin, because for me bitcoin is a fairly safe investment than other altcoins, we can predict how the cycle occurs so with altcoins there is always a season called altcoin season, but I am not fully convinced of investing in altcoins so put aside and focus more on accumulating bitcoin for a long time that's what we want.

Everyone has given advice, do you already have a plan, will it be divided into several percentages? It is in your hands as a choice.
Starting with $1500 puts you ahead of the pack in crypto. Your gradual investment shows discipline, which is essential in this unstable market. Bitcoin is the most trusted and stable crypto asset. Its cycles have patterns that the keen observer can track with some assurance.

Bitcoin's stability shouldnt be overstated while diversifying your portfolio, especially if you're not a crypto expert. Despite the appeal of altcoin seasons, altcoins are risky and demand a strong strategy and nerves. As a beginner, allocating more to Bitcoin may be a safer decision

Crypto is about the trip as much as the destination, so plan accordingly. Both market intelligence and personal conviction should inform your investing split. Discover market trends, technology, and your risk tolerance. This is when your portfolio and expertise expand significantly.

Bitcoin is a safe bet for you in this market and that is why you see most people recommending you to invest in it. But I also want to tell you that, if you are thinking of making big profits like x10, x20, bitcoin will not be able to meet your requirements. There is no asset that is both safe and highly profitable. Therefore, depending on each person's taste, there is a suitable choice. Safety means low profit, high risk means high profit, it all depends on you, you should decide for yourself instead of asking others for advice.

In this cycle, it is useless to expect such a profit from Bitcoin, perhaps in the next one it will achieve such a profit (from today’s position), but Bitcoin is becoming a heavy asset and if nothing happens to it, and it remains an attractive investment in the future, it will be increasingly difficult for it to grow. It may be a good protective instrument against inflation, or for something else, but its profitability in the future may decrease significantly.

With the current amount of money you have, that's perfect for a Bitcoin investment. You do not need to go to altcoins, invest all in Bitcoin. But I suggest you do DCA, instead of investing all of it in one purchase, set a price you will be using to purchase on a weekly or monthly basis. If you don't have any idea what is DCA, it is a long-term strategy for investing, as I have already mentioned, you will purchase regularly on a weekly or monthly with smaller amounts.

This way, you can have the chance to buy Bitcoin at a different price. By doing dca, until the time Bitcoin's price reaches a new ATH, you would probably gain an unexpected profit.

When it comes to investing in the world of cryptocurrency, there are different factors to consider depending on an individual's risk tolerance and investment goals. If you prioritize security and stability, then Bitcoin is the best choice due to its established reputation, and widespread adoption. However, if you're willing to take on more risk in exchange for potentially higher returns, you might want to explore altcoins. When it comes to investing in altcoins, it's crucial to do your own research and not rely solely on someone else's recommendation.

If that's money you're setting aside for investment, I'd strongly recommend BTC. That's what I'd do if I had $1,5k personally... i'd buy BTC. The condition is that I already have an emergency fund and enough FIAT money for day-to-day expenses until the next payday. In my opinion, Bitcoin has more going for it compared to altcoins. To this day, Bitcoin still has the potential to surprise, at least until the next halving.

Believe me, Bitcoin has a lot of supporters and potentially more institutional investors... that's why Bitcoin is more favorable than altcoins.

op the money you want to invest i tell you don't invest this money in altcoins. Because at any time by investing in altcoins you can get hurt or lose all your money. I would suggest you to choose Bitcoin over altcoins.  If you invest bitcoins you will get more profit than altcoins. If we take a look at the market in Bitcoin, we can understand that Bitcoin is growing faster than ever. So I would definitely suggest you to invest in bitcoins not altcoins.

If you can hold those fund for long term then I think the best option will be Bitcoin for investing. As you already say that the fund is yours so just give sometimes on basic analysis then accumulate the fund on Bitcoin. Don't go for the alternative coin there is highly risk but in case of bitcoin if you hold for long-term then the risk will be more lower. At here you don't have to be worried about the fund security. I will also say that make a dca strategy and then start investing on Bitcoin for long term even you have those fund.

Hello Community,

I have 1500$ and i want to invest it crypto as holdings. What do us suggest invest it all on BTC or alts? Thanks

If you want to minimize the risk, consider putting all your investment into Bitcoin and holding it for the long term. Of course, there's a saying, 'Don't put all your eggs in one basket,' but since the majority of altcoins are not very reliable, it might be better to go all-in on Bitcoin.

That $1500 you have could potentially grow significantly, especially with the upcoming halving and the expected bull run based on its historical trend. Bitcoin might even reach a new ATH and could go as high as $350k. It might seem too optimistic for now, but once we're in the midst of a bull run, people tend to forget about ceilings and just want to keep pushing Bitcoin higher. You know, when FOMO kicks in, prices can skyrocket.
For now I also think that Bitcoin investment is the safest compared to Altcoin, the risk is still there but it is smaller in percentage with Altcoin.
$1500 is a large amount, so it is possible for him to choose several investments, but it comes back to the point that what he does allows everything to happen, so it is better to think carefully before deciding.

In my opinion, with all the positive possibilities that will happen, positive news and personally also believe that the price of Bitcoin will soar high after the halving, then there is no harm or right step if everything is placed in just one investment, namely Bitcoin investment.

I don't care how you plan your investment strategy is but I implore you to just put all of it to bitcoin, be it DCA or just putting all of it in one go, just buy bitcoin because you're better off playing safe with your investments plus it's better if you aren't that frantic about investment in case things in the market isn't in your favor because with bitcoin, you can be sure that you are investments won't go down forever like a lot of shitty altcoins. But you have to understand though that for your investment to bear fruit and you can reap the profits, you need to be able to HODL for it on the long-term.

Having $1500 is a great start to investing in crypto. With that money, you can use $1000 to invest in Bitcoin and $500 for altcoins. But for now, it's best to hold on because crypto prices are currently rising. Wait until the crypto price declines or experiences a correction. Then, you can start investing in crypto.

If you want to buy at the current price, you can buy Bitcoin, but before that, you should make your investment plan. You can use the DCA method as your investment plan. With this method, you don't need to pay attention to price movements because you invest every week or month. It will be safer because you don't need to panic if the price decreases or increases.

You can also use all the money to invest in Bitcoin. Choosing Bitcoin as your investment is enough so you don't need to use altcoins as another investment. But before you start, you have to do some research first.

You must have your investment plan. Don't ever think about using the money you mentioned about using it within a certain period.
I personally don't like dividing investments, I will put it in BTC or if you like a certain good altcoin, you can put it there.

but in investing you can't just think about buying and holding then selling. You must have a place to store your assets safely. Before you invest, maybe you should learn a few things like that first.

Never ever ever ever trust random people on any forum when it comes to money.

Nobody will tell you where to invest your money.

You will find all the above posts pretty helpful, but I want to make sure that you will never take financial advice from any unauthorized member.

I would add that the person asking that question is scam fodder. Seriously, with all the information available on the internet today, are you going to rely on what strangers say on a forum?

I also agree that in general the opinions of the thread are useful, but better to do some research for yourself and if you see that it matches what they say you already have more security.

Where you invest $1500 is your personal decision but for how long. But if you want you can go to altcoin or go to bitcoin. If you want to invest in altcoin then you need to choose the right altcoin. If you can't choose the right altcoin among the thousands of altcoins in the market, you can lose your capital. If this is your first stage of investing then I would say you need to know a lot. Except for a few altcoins in the market, none of them can be properly trusted, but there is no guarantee that they will be guaranteed. In my opinion you should invest in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the only sector that can make you profitable in the future. There is a huge possibility that the Bitcoin market will become a bull in the coming years. You can expect a good future earnings by holding Bitcoin.

You will not lose or regret if you invest all in Bitcoin and this is absolutely your choice to make.

But as a long-time investor, my candid advice for you is to diversify your portfolio, this is not because Bitcoin is not safe or wouldn't earn you money but to make more money. This advice is wise as Bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency. Many might advise you to do Bitcoin! Bitcoin!! Bitcoin!!! but they are investing in altcoins too, so you need to be wise, some people are fake.

Just do your research if you would invest in altcoins, follow the right projects and you won't regret it. You might want to invest 30% or more in Bitcoin and the rest in altcoins, the choice is yours.
